Alhamdullilah what an amazing experience. Muhammad Moiz made it so easy and everything ran so smoothly. The brother could tell this was my first time booking umrah. He made sure everything was taken care off, from visa’s to flights accommodation. I could not recommend him enough, even a few members of my family have booked. As this was my first time I was nervous and anxious. But alhamdullilah Allah made it easy for me and Muhammad made sure I had nothing to worry about, hotel was so close by, and even Swiss hotel upgraded us to a kaba view room.

I book which this travel Agence they are very good service and reliable thanks mr Mohammed mois Kazaka allah

I engaged with Baitullqh travel for a travel booking that included a 5-star hotel stay with breakfast and a taxi service. Initially, everything seemed promising, and I provided a positive review as requested to secure a discount. However, the situation took a drastic turn when, a day before my flight, I received a call from the agent demanding an additional payment of £500 under the threat of canceling my reservations.

This not only caused severe distress but also led to the cancellation of the taxi and hotel, leaving me stranded upon arrival in Jeddah. Despite my attempts to seek assistance from the British Embassy, I was informed that the company had been dissolved in 2019, leaving me with no recourse.

The entire ordeal resulted in unexpected expenses and a significant breach of trust. I am sharing this experience on your platform to alert fellow users about the unprofessional conduct of [Agent/Company Name] and to request a thorough review and investigation into their practices.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that your platform will take appropriate action to maintain the integrity and trustworthiness of the services provided.

First time booking with this company. A personal thanks to Moiaz for arranging all packages it was really helpful as we had so many changes but he was very patient and help every step of the way. He was even helpful when it came to payments as there was issues with making payments to clear invoice. All hotels were brilliant. Once again a brilliant service with its personal touch. Thank you again for making this experience go smoothly

We have booked the package with Baitullah Travels and I found them really honest and caring people, they have delivered everything before time specially the hotels they have given us was fantastic and I am quite happy with the way they are dealing.

I will definitely recommend them and travel with them again.

Great service - from start to finish. We were exceptionally looked after by Hiba and Faisal who even checked on us during our umrah to ensure everything was going smoothly - will be booking with these guys again in the new year iA

Excellent service
Faisal helped a lot and was very friendly. Many thanks to the baitullah travels team.

My case handler was Sonia who seems to be very nice and professional lady. She ensured me the very best service in their capacity from the very beginning. She managed a good deal
for me and also was supporting me in every steps during my journey. Even though I had a slight problem with my initial hotel check-in in Mecca but she remained professional and supported me to sort the issue out. I would recommend Baitullah Travels to others specially Sonia.

My recent Umrah experience organized by Habib at Baitullah Travel was truly exceptional. From start to finish, every detail was meticulously arranged, making it a hassle-free pilgrimage.

Habib's guidance and support were invaluable. He seamlessly managed our entire 10-day journey, from securing direct flights with Saudi Airlines to obtaining hassle-free tourist visas. Stays at the Emaar hotels in Makkah and Madinah, namely the Emaar Grand and Emaar Al Mektan, were not just accommodations but strategic choices, conveniently situated near the Masajid.

The highlight was the smooth transition from Jeddah airport, where a spacious mini-van awaited us, accommodating our group comfortably along with our luggage. Ziyara arrangements in both cities, coupled with seamless transfers between Makkah and Madinah, showcased the thorough planning behind every step of our pilgrimage.

Even when unforeseen changes occurred with our original flights, Habib swiftly rectified the situation, securing even more convenient alternatives on the same day. His advice regarding carrying Zam Zam with a tourist visa and navigating the Nusuk App was invaluable, ensuring a seamless journey.

Habib's unwavering availability and guidance, accessible 24/7 via WhatsApp, further enhanced the overall experience. His commitment to ensuring a worry-free pilgrimage journey is commendable.

In conclusion, the service provided by Habib at Baitullah Travel surpassed all expectations. I highly recommend anyone planning an Umrah journey to reach out to Habib at 0203-745-5585. His dedication and expertise truly make for a rewarding and spiritually fulfilling pilgrimage. May Allah reward him abundantly for facilitating our sacred journey.

I recently booked my Umrah trip with Omar Raza from Baitullah, and it was an excellent experience. The 10-day journey included direct flights with Saudi Airlines, hassle-free tourist visas, and stays at the Hilton convention in Makkah and Crowne Plaza in Madinah, both conveniently located near Masajid. The smooth transfer from Jeddah airport in a spacious mini-van accommodated all seven of us along with our luggage. Ziyara in both Makkah and Madinah, as well as transfers between the two cities and back to the airport, were seamlessly organized.

Despite changes to our original flights, Omar Raza was quick to rectify the issue, securing even more convenient alternatives on the same day. His guidance was invaluable, and he can be contacted directly at 02037458045. We had no issues bringing Zam Zam back with a tourist visa, thanks to Omar's advice, provided both before and during our travel, along with guidance on using the Nusuk App. Moreover, Omar was available 24/7 via WhatsApp for any queries. Overall, the service provided by Omar Raza and Baitullah was exceptional, and I would gladly book with them again.

Alhamdulillah, Baitullah Travel Agency was very helpful in providing information I needed to know for my travel arrangements to Saudi Arabia and I was able to get my visa on time. Thank you very much Moiz for your assistance.

Good experience, delivered what they said. No mix ups

Alhamdulillah. By the mercy of Allah (swt) I have completed umrah with my wife. In this process Baitullah travels basically sister Sonia Mehak helped us a lot to get the evisa, hotel reservations and e tickets. One good thing about her is that she didn’t leave us when we paid full amout. Instead she used to knock me everyday to ask is everything going right. That’s was really a great customer service i have ever experienced. Without any doubt “Sonia Mehak” is an asset for Baitullah Travels.

Had a fantastic experience with Baitullah for our Umrah in October. We were hesitant as it was our first time and we didn’t know which company to choose that was reliable. Muslim Abbasi was really helpful in every step and chased things up for us when needed. He showed us a variety of packages and was flexible when we wanted to change parts of it. This all really eased our concerns and allowed us to have a good trip Alhamdulillah. The team in Saudi was great too, kept in regular communication and our transport was arranged easily with no hassle. I definitely recommend Baitullah Travels and recommend Muslim as an agent, please do ask for him.

I had a really good experience, She's behaviour is very gud. She always treat like a special Customer and her behaviour is very professional. I recieve my visa in promise time. I'm very happy in her service. Sonia is professionally works very gud.
