So happy we went with Balance Recovery for our purchase of the Oslo Aero plus Hot Tub. Jack and the team went above and beyond every step of the way. I cannot remember the last time I had customer service like this from a company! It truly was refreshing and opened my eyes to what a company that actually cares about its customers should be like. From reaching out right after we purchased, to organising a delivery date and time that actually suited us, to sending photos of the package leaving the warehouse and then again reaching out to make sure the delivery went smoothly we literally couldn’t ask for more. On top of all that the product itself is incredible and has really brought us so much joy already. I don’t often leave reviews but I feel obligated in this instance as this company truly deserves to succeed. Thanks Jack and the team.

The customer service was what swayed me towards using Balance Recovery. The price was competitive with other high street retailers as I researched various places that stocked this option but this was the cheapest. The online order process was quick and easy. They called within 10mins of my order to speak in person and arrange the delivery so the personal touch really made a difference. Jack was amazing and so helpful when I requested a prompt delivery for my birthday which was the next day! Although the earliest delivery was for 48hours, given the circumstances Jack fast tracked our order which I really appreciated. The delivery arrived bright and early the next day which was fantastic and surpassed my expectations. The pallet was intended to arrive before 12midday and was with us at 8:45am which was great and gave us time to assemble (straight forward and assisted by videos and customer support if needed via WhatsApp) - we are very happy with the product and even more so with the customer service! Thank you so much 🫶🏼 Highly recommended! We will be using this service again if needs be! You’re all doing a great job- keep it up!

I’m looking forward to building the items and using them, I know even is it takes me a month the company are behind me for any queries, I would highly recommend the company.

I reached to this company after a newly bought hot tub suddenly stopped working. The company then was and is still delaying replacement or repair, it’s been 4 weeks.

Because the hot tub is for my autistic son, we had to buy another one.
Jack from balance recovery was amazing explaining everything about the mspa. He sounded very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He didn’t push for a high sale he recommended me a product that suited our needs which you normally don’t get from sales people.
He also got us the delivery quicker for us because of our situation. Hot tub arrived early this morning which was great. Very easy to set up and by midday my son was splashing away.
Jack rang me to check delivery went well and asked again of if I had questions or anything I needed to know.

I bought an MSpa Oslo echo plus from Balance Recovery recently.I was kept informed of the whole process by Jack.From purchase to delivery was just three days.Since then Jack has contacted me on almost a daily basis to make sure everything is ok.Well done,excellent service.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. From the moment i ordered the hottub, Jack (team member) has been in constant contact. Ive recieved setup and care instructions via links. I asked about mats to go under the hottub and jack contacted the manufacturer of the hottub on my behalf to query which mats would be best for the model i had purchased. There was a slight mix up upon delivery (the delivery companies fault) Balance Recovery went above and beyond to rectify the situation immediately and my parcel was delivered within 1hr of the mix up. The hottub arrived very well packaged on a pallet and the delivery was faster than stated on their website. I actually got to pick what day i wanted delivery and was given a time frame. I was then updated on the day of a shorter time frame the hottube would arrive. As a good will gesture they even sent me multiplefree items as apology for the delivery mix up (a very kind and well recieved gesture). I can honestly say this is probably the best after care service ive ever come across. Their customer care is outstanding.Im genuinely blown away.

I asked a lot of questions before ordering (probably more than most!), but nothing was ever too much trouble. Every question was answered quickly and I never felt like I was being a nuisance. They really took the time to make sure I was happy and confident before buying.

This is the first time I have used this company and I was pleasantly suprised. From start to finish the communication was great. You actually spoke with a person via WhatsApp. Any concern you had were answered promptly. Jack was amazing. He let you know via WhatsApp the progress of your order and when it would arrive. He also called us a few days after delivery to make sure we were up and running ok and was there anything he could help with. The delivery men were brilliant. Really polite and helpful. Called us the day before and then a curtesy call when they were 20 mins away. They put all the boxes in the garden neatly without any fuss. Wow! I have had inflatable hot tubs in the past but this one is brilliant. Well made and well packaged. Very sturdy and easy to use. All the features are brilliant and the led strip lights are a nice added feature. Very easy to empty with the pipe and hose attachment. All in all a great purchase from a lovely business. Well, what can I say. We have had many inflatable hot tubs and decided we wanted to try the MSpa Oslo. Aesthetically, it’s gorgeous and the putting together was easy.

A special mention to Balance Recovery themselves. From the moment I ordered, the customer service was second to none. Constant updates from where my order was, to delivery and to the set up. We had an initial issue which we thought was a product fault, Jack was straight onto it looking for any issues with our order. It was actually an issues with our initial assembly and not the Hot Tub.
