I had a very frustrating experience with Balenciaga’s return process. I sent back an item following all their instructions, properly packaged and within the return window. However, I was later informed that they received an empty box, which is completely incorrect.
This situation is extremely concerning, as I fulfilled all the return requirements in good faith. I expected a smoother and more transparent resolution process, especially from a luxury brand.
I recommend customers take extra precautions when returning items, such as documenting the packaging process and keeping all receipts and tracking information.
At this point, I am still waiting for a fair resolution.

It’s very bad customer service, few days ago I waited in the queue for 20min which is ok if there is no one to help, but there was 2 staff members on their phones at the main entrance doing nothing And when I asked the security why not letting me in and I pointed at the staff member that is free, so I received a very weird answer from security saying they are managers.
I was really shocked managers on the shop floor on their phones, chatting and laughing while people waiting in the queue.
It’s very very bad customer service and they didn’t even care that we left.
