Website Errors and paying more
process an order online with all of the correct information and paid for the products
We then received an email saying that their was an error on the website and that the order was going to be another £170 on top of the £175 we had already paid.
When I asked about a discount as I had paid what I was quoted for the correct information I was told no discounts fro their errors and had to pay an extra £170.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are very sorry for the website error and for the disappointment and inconvenience that this caused.
We have very recently revamped the website and unfortunately this was an error that we were unaware of. As soon as this was brought to our attention our IT team worked to resolve this immediately.
We must just point out that whilst selecting the options for your order through our quote wizard the website did advise to contact us for a price, but we fully accept that an error with the site allowed you to progress with the order and charged an incorrect price for this. We can only apologise that this happened.
As soon as we were aware of this we had contacted you to inform you of the error and to apologise. Unfortunately it wasn't viable for us to proceed with the order for the price that was paid. We had offered some alternative options to keep within your original budget and also offered a discount that wasn't accepted.
We hope that despite all of this that you were pleased with the balloons as they looked great.

5 star service and perfect balloons
Our balloons have arrived and they look great. Everything about Balloonprinting is fantastic. Lauren took the initiative to take my logo and wording and send through a design to see what I thought. She even kept the design in keeping with our logo. A faultless service and I will be telling all my friends and colleagues. Thank you so much.
