Very poor service - not worth the cost
Very poor service! Initially I was pleased with it, but over the last year inparticular (I have used them for 2) I have had issue after issue, which has been very frustrating for myself and all my clients. Apparently they have customer service available everyday but I've had 4 days of no replies to a long list of issues regarding customers being unable to book onto classes, and also it not allowing me to do so for them.
My students often ask if I can find another platform to use as Baluu is just not efficiently run, so I plan on going elsewhere in the new year.
Certainly not worth the hundreds paid each year for their "service", nor for the cut they take from earnings. Would never recommend.
