After frantically searching for something lightweight and UPF rated to cover my little boys pushchair I stumbled across this lovely website. The colour of my chosen BebeTrek blanket was out of stock so I sent a quick message not expecting to hear back any time soon. The response was pretty much instant and Roamy managed to get the colour I wanted uploaded onto the site the next day following a shipment arriving. Contact with Roamy was excellent from start to finish. Order arrived a few days later and has been excellent. I’m still testing my new baby carrier out for our needs but know if there’s a problem that help is a click away. Thanks again!

Excellent customer service following a packing error

She spent so much time with us to find the right carrier for us. She explained everything so clearly and really helped us work out what we were after. We didn’t buy there and then but had such a great experience that when our baby arrived 3 weeks early we made a purchase on the website as we couldn’t get into the shop. It was posted the next day and arrived within a couple of days.

Fantastic service both in the store and through the website. They may not be the cheapest prices but the customer service is fantastic. Will absolutely be purchasing from them again.

Fantastic small business. I ordered the wallaby coat just before Christmas and it had to be ordered in, it arrived really quickly and Roamy kept me up to date on the progress, she was also helpful re sizes. I wanted the Bebe trek cover now we are getting into summer and this was the only UK stockist, again great customer service and it arrived really quickly. It’s a shame I live so far away otherwise I think I’d be a regular visitor to this shop!

We came to Bambino Baby after nearly giving up baby wearing. We have a high need fussy, refluxey baby who just seemed to hate her carrier. After some late night research we came into store as a last hope. We were warmly welcomed and shown through various carriers to fit our need. We were shown the correct techniques, tips and tricks for baby wearing safely and managed to find a carrier that baby finally settled in. Thank you so much for your help and advice. Will be recommending to all family and friends!

The item I wanted was out of stock so I requested being kept informed of when back in stock and Roamy could not have been better at keeping me notified. Items were received quickly and are great, too. But the customer service she provided was fab ☺️

Excellent service from Bambini Baby. I had been looking for the perfect wee sleepsuit for my soon to arrive nephew and this was just the one with the beautiful illustrations of whales. Arrived much quicker than anticipated too which was lovely.
