Some of the products are stellar; however products change over (a short) time... quite expensive at 96.00 for the small set... and curiously the pettigrain moisturizer causes hives around my eyes if it gets close

I was shocked this was in glass containers, not shower friendly. Cleanser.. better cleansers out there plus glass container not friendly. The only thing I like is the exfoliated. For the results way too expensive.

I have to be honest and say I am on my third application and new to Bambu Earth and clean products...and I can't tell whether I am just not use to this, it is different... so I may love it or I may not.. I guess I need to use it a little longer, but at first the smells are for sure different and TBH (off putting) but I used too much, I think .. so yes application is really important, watch the videos...So after watching the videos, buying little pads to apply the toner and cleansing water, it is feeling nice on my skin and I am noticing such extra moisture and my skin looks amazing, to me.. So I am going to try and forge ahead.. I stopped my Drmtlgy subscription and am trying to switch to Bambu Earth and see if I can adjust to the new smells, so far the mornings are really hard, as the smell takes a while to die down.. I am concerned about the other reviews here, that stated the issues they had with customer service, and that Bambu Earth is not responsive or accomodating, that is really important to me, especially if the products are pricey, like these... I'm really not sure If I will continue using all the bambu products yet, I guess we will see... I will write another review if I stick with bambu earth, this Review is really for people, like me, who first try the starter kit package.. it's $150.00 and everything is full size and you get like 5 ir 6 full size products... so overall it seems like these products may be great for some,who really want to use "clean" products, but each of these products are unlike any I have ever used and they are really different and the jury is still out for me...I guess it all depends on how my skin reacts to more use....we will see...

I have been using Bambu Earth products for over a year now and I'm in love. I'm 46 year old and my skin has never look so good. I get compliments on my skin and complexion weekly.

I got the mini size custom kit to try out this line and thank goodness I didn't pay full price. I am all for natural smelling products and do not enjoy skincare with strong perfume smells but the every single item I have tried in this kit have strong chemical/medicinal smells. They are all very off-putting smells and my skin isn't any better than before I started using them.

Not happy with the products. Paid $250 for the products and none really worked very well.

I ordered a sample of the cactus lotion and a full size of the petitgrain lotion. The cactus one burned my skin and the other lotion was like smearing my face with grease. I tried both of the products twice, using a lot less the second time. Same results. They also smell horrible. I contacted the company and they said I could keep the products and would have a refund in 3-5 business days. After 6 or 7 days I didn't receive a refund, so I reached out again. No response. I waited a few days and reached out to PayPal. They reached out to the seller, but never got a response, so thankfully my $57 was refunded via PayPal. I would say this company is not a legitimate one and I would advise everyone to stay away.

Not received the product and the shipping tracking number provided is not recognised by the carrier they say they’ve used. I assume this is a total scam and am looking to take action via my credit card provider.

It smells so bad; it feels heavy and greasy; and it made my skin feel like it's burning. I don't recommend it.

I love this product! I feel so clean and my face is so soft. I feel good using a product that is natural and smells so earthy. Thank you for sharing this with us!

Overall I'm happy with the skincare products they offer. I don't really have any issues with clogged pores as long as I exfoliate at least once a week. The issue i have is my recent order that was well over 200. The cleanser had a loose cap and it leaked some product inside the box. Contacted them to see what they can do. They're like "well we can't refund it, but we can give you 20% off your next purchase." I don't want a refund, I want a replacement! Their lack of customer service doesn't make we want to spend more $$. By the looks of it they do not back their products. So once I finish up what i bought, I'll likely look for a brand that stands by what they sell...

I feel I fell for the advertising! I went to the esthetician today for a facial and she told me my pores were sooo clogged. I told her I had been using this natural regimen, but wasn’t sure how I felt about it. I told her about the products and she said it was clogging up my skin very badly. I honestly had felt the products were greasy and heavy from day one, but thought, maybe my skin needs to get use to them. hate to say it, but it was a waste of money! I Don’t recommend!

Why have all the 5 star review profiles only had 1 review? Are they scam reviewers? This product is crap, and just marketing BS to take your money! Do not buy, you’ll hate it!

False advertisement as it says twice daily for 3 weeks. It’s won’t last 5 days it’s so tiny and it’s like scented CRISCO OIL

Could not get past the smell of the products. It did not smell good to me at all. 😥I bought the whole kit.

Love these products. I have never used an oil cleanser before and it feels amazing!!! Even my husband commented on how soft my skin was. Yes, some of the products have an unusual smell because of the ingredients, but I don't think any of them are bad or foul. The pettigrain moisturizer is a little heavy for me and I was initially using too much. Application is everything with these products. The company responded with some tips and now I apply very little of the moisturizer while my skin is still dewy and it made a huge difference. The rosewater toner is amazing and I have never been a fan of toners. I thought they were useless. My discoloration and redness have faded and my fine lines are fading.

I really enjoy the products. I have an issue with hyperpigmentation after a miscarriage and birth control pills. I don’t notice the results as much as my significant other. I just want more even tone throughout my skin that I used to have. I’m trying another product in the line to see if it helps more. But honestly, I’ve tried several products with no results prior and this is actually giving me some results. It feels and smells good. The moisturizer is a bit greasy but absorbs fairly quickly. I don’t typically wear a lot of makeup. But when i do i can add powder to help w the greasy and I don’t look greasy. I’m in my 40’s. I don’t have major issues with lines. But my neck and chest has been neglected and showing lines over the years. This is definitely helping to repair.

I'm going to give the products a little more time but my initial reaction to them is not great. I think there are better clean skincare lines out there that are a better bang for your buck. I am in my 30's, have a good skincare regimen (directed the person who insinuated negative reviews were because people are lazy), and have dry skin. The dry skin is primarily why I wanted to give this brand a go. The brand I have been using prior to this is Farmacy Beauty and I absolutely love them, but my skin would still be flaky, even after using their high potency moisturizing masks and products.

Positive points - These seem to be quality ingredients and do not have water to dilute the product. I like that. I like that you're not forced to sign up for auto-renewals to gain access to these products. I like that the products come in glass jars. I'm glad they have a quiz to help guide (and sell) products they think would work best for you.

Okay points - I see why some people do not like the smells of these products. They are very potent, even for clean products. I don't dislike all of them but they are powerful. That being said, I like that they smell like what they're made out of. There's no masking. The cleanser has apple cider vinegar - so it smells like vinegar. That's fine.

Things I really don't like - I feel like you have to wait quite a while before applying makeup after using the peltigrain moisturizer. It takes a really long time to sink into the skin. I have used their overnight eye mask and I feel like the dark circles around my eyes are somehow more pronounced and that particular product does actually smell awful. As far as the eye bags and circles go, I can't tell if that has anything to do with the product or something else going on, so I'll give it more time. Additionally, there -are- a lot of products, and I am used to having multi step skin care routines. If you think about it you should be able to figure it out but it'd be nice to have a guide or even a general sheet or something. Cleanser(s), toner, mist, serums, moisturizer or something. They send you little cards anyway and this one would be helpful.

The other thing I found scummy and suspicious was that several of the FB reviews are clearly not for Bambu Earth products which makes me question the integrity of the marketing. It's actually hard to find reviews individual products and the line itself that isn't sponsored which tells me they're probably not overwhelmingly positive. Ultimately, this current full-size order I have is probably a one and done thing for me. I don't absolutely hate it but I don't like it either and the negatives outweigh the good to be a neutral. If I break out or start having other issues, I'll return the products and try to update.

I have super oily skin. At the end of the day, I could probably use the oil from my skin to cook something. Since using Bambu Earth, my skin feels wonderful. Didn't care for the smell at first but after using it for a month, I have come to enjoy it. Some natural products are not the best smelling or have no smell. I really feel my skin is improving overall.
