As a retired servicemember, professionalism, communication, and accountability are values I respect — unfortunately this company failed to meet any of them.
I received an official notice stating my order had shipped, complete with tracking information. Then, without warning or justification, the order was cancelled. The explanation provided (“unable to capture funds”) directly contradicted the earlier confirmation of shipment.
The communication chain was inconsistent and misleading. The company claims they emailed multiple times, though no such messages were received on my end. This has left me questioning the reliability of the entire operation.
I am currently waiting on the refund they stated has been processed. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking dependable service.
I bought a part with OEM part number. They sent me wrong part which I didn't need. They said the product which I need was not produced by Toyota anymore. Even not asking me they choosed another part and sent me. I couldn't explain them you don't have right to send me another part before asking me and if you don't have that exact part you have to refund money back. Don't buy from them!
Ordered the Mopar aux. switch kit for my '23 Wrangler JL. This place shipped it in what seems to be the original Mopar parts box which is super thin cardboard with a visible Mopar part sticker and mailing label.
the top opening lid is just a push down with a tongue insert into the box across the front.
My gripe is that they did not even bother to put a single piece of tape on it. Majority of the parts are just placed in the box loose but wrapped with some taped to inner lid. Anyone could have easily opened it, or it could have opened with rough handling during delivery. Seems ok but I have not installed yet and hoping no parts are missing on a $380 item.
Should have packed box in another heavy, secure box.
Their site states returns at no cost to the customer. That is not the case . Requested a return and response was the item matched my vin number . I requested return label again and stated their site states returns at no cost to customers. They sent me an address and stated I had to pay for the return.
First box was completely ripped, item was damaged and banged up. They sent a replacement and told me to discard the first one, second one arrived in better but similar condition. Now they’re blaming the carrier, FedEx, and also saying they’ve “never had this issue with this item” before, as if that’s supposed to make this all okay.
Tired of their snarky CS rep I filed a complaint with the BBB, now they’re asking me to take a 50lb hitch to FedEx and ship it back to them, at my expense.
For the sake of time, I’ll probably drop the BBB complaint, re-paint the hitch myself and cut my losses. And obviously never ever engage with BAM Wholesale Parts again. I’ve learned my lesson.
Take your business elsewhere. Once these guys have your money they don’t care about you anymore.
Customer support staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, very good at gaslighting.
