After looking around locally and on-line for a suitable printing company, I ordered some bookmarks from Banana Print. I prepared the two-sided design myself based on Banana Print's own template, and arranging for the bleeds, etc was straight-forward. The bookmarks arrived today, well-packaged, and I am delighted with the printing and card quality. I will be happy to use this company again. Highly recommended.

Ive used banana print for years now, and have ordered lots of leaflets/business cards, and different sizes and designs

Ive made mistakes with some, or ive pick the wrong sizing,
But everyone who ive talked to, have helped ,and gone above and beyond, the customer service is 5*, the items them selfs are just amazing 👏,

I ordered booklets from Banana Print for an event and paid extra for express production and delivery to make sure they arrived in time.

The order never arrived. The tracking showed it as “out for delivery”, and nothing came after that. When I contacted customer service, I was told the delay was down to the courier and that they would follow up.

Attending the event cost over £6,000, and I went with no booklets to hand out, which was the whole reason for ordering them. When I called afterwards to ask for a refund, I was told I wasn’t entitled to one, even though I never received the order or the express delivery I’d paid for.

If you’re ordering for a fixed date, I’d think carefully. If delivery goes wrong, you may be left out of pocket with no refund.

The site was really straight forward, quick and easy to use. Even when I had a slight hiccup, Georgia on live chat was super helpful, showing me how to find the logo studio with screenshots and friendly directions. It was so much nicer and way more efficient speaking with a real human! Thanks for the fab service Georgia!

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the business cards I received and the way Banana Print has handled my complaint.

The finished cards are visibly blurry and not of a professional standard. These were intended to represent my business, so the quality matters enormously.

What I find particularly unacceptable is that Banana Print has since acknowledged that the artwork supplied was not capable of producing the sharp, high-quality result I expected. If that was the case, why was I not contacted before the order was printed?

They accepted the artwork, passed it through their checks and proceeded with production without giving me any warning that the text would print blurry. Had they contacted me and advised that a different file format or higher-resolution artwork was required, I would obviously have supplied it.

Instead, they printed the cards, sent me an unusable product and are now refusing to provide a refund, while effectively placing all responsibility on the customer.

For a professional printing company, I find this extremely poor. If artwork is going to result in an obviously substandard print, surely the responsible thing is to alert the customer before taking their money and proceeding with production.

The most disappointing part is the complete lack of accountability after the issue was raised. I gave them the opportunity to resolve this reasonably, but they have refused.

Unfortunately, based on both the print quality and the way this complaint has been handled, I would not use Banana Print again and cannot recommend them.

Absolutely over the moon with my order. Design and ordering was quick and easy to navigate, delivery arrived within 72 hours which was insanely quick! My new thank you cards were perfect for my recent market and gave me and added a professional element to my business at a really reasonable price. Am about to order more cards and am eyeing up other products too for future events :)
