Our first order and we’re delighted with the quality. The delivery came really fast, on excellent card stock, exactly how we’d proofed it.

Will be using again.

Wow! Superfast delivery of our first order, with the card stock quality being far superior to our anticipation.

Will definitely be putting in another order!

Banana Print cannot be matched, they absolutely excel on every count and I couldn't praise them highly enough.

Matt guided me throughout the process and when I wasn't sure how to upload my artwork he advised to email directly to him and he did everything. After asking for a proof first ( which I received in a very short space of time) approving it, my order was printed and arrived the next day.
The quality of my business cards and labels are first class and only made better by such a fabulous team of people. How wonderful to deal with real people who are professional, knowledgeable, kind and friendly.

5 star recommendation from me.

Excellent service: repeat order for business cards was delivered in only 2 days. Cards are of same high quality.

Excellent service.
I made an error on my print text and they held the order while I submitted the correct text. Very helpful, polite and courteous.
A pleasure to deal with and I shall be placing another order today.

Really pleased with the cards, I've recommended bananaprint to several other stall holders at craft fairs, great quality cards, QR code works perfectly. Thank you!

Really pleased with my purchase and would absolutely recommend this company.

Very fast printing and delivery. Great quality and price

I'm very happy with my small order of pin badges which were good quality, value for money, and delivered promptly. The customer service was also excellent.

Fast delivery! Looks exactly as I saw it on the screen. What’s not to like? 👍

Order some buisness card and they arrive quickly, amazing quality and easy to store in cardboard box

The company products and customer handling is excellent. The delivery is very prompt. Thanks

The site is great used them 3 times now highly recommended 5 star excellent

Excellent service, making sure that the printing was exactly right for me before printing. And the business cards are excellent quality and arrived promptly after I'd approved the proof.

Customer service, design team and product outstanding. Online ordering easy to use. I received a prompt response from my order as the images I had sent would not deliver quality and gave an option for me to update them. Not being conversant with technology and file types and the fact I had pulled my visual together by a cut and paste!! - I resent the separate images from my photos and asked if they could look to create my desired image from these for me - very prompt response, delivery received within 2 days and they had absolutely captured how I wanted the outcome to look. Quality also superb and took the headache away from me

Absolutely superb. Outstanding service, brilliant quality. Won't go anywhere else!!
If I could give 6⭐ I would ! Quickest turnaround ever!

They used to be great but they’ve lost 2 orders in the last 4 months and the quality of the orders has also dropped massively with business cards misaligned and not centered when cut. Designs are also weirdly scaled and stretched.

Really impressed, fast service, great product and when I emailed with a query is was resolved swiftly and politely - thanks Mollie :)

I've used Banana Print a few times now, but what really stood out this time was their customer service.

I had an issue with part of my order, and from the moment I got in touch, the team took it seriously. They didn't just give me a generic response – they actually listened, investigated what had happened, and kept me updated throughout. The resolution they came back with genuinely went above and beyond what I was expecting.

A special thank you to Georgia, who made sure my case was fully looked into and resolved. It's rare to find customer service where you feel like your concerns have actually been heard, and that's exactly how I felt.

Because of the way they handled everything, I'll happily keep coming back to Banana Print for future orders. Great products backed up by even better customer service.
