Great service from BandsOffAds. I can highly recommend them.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. It can definitely be a lot better and improved. I would’ve gave them a 2 star because the content was somewhat acceptable for what I needed. However, the ad they provided and scrip wasn’t compliant with Meta which then led to my account getting permanently disabled.

I would’ve thought this company and their team would check their scripts to ensure compliance before typing it out and sending the ad to the customer but no, this isn’t apart of their procedure.

I hope they implement this soon as well as a better support team for communications. I have received any confirmations about my order. No updates on what stage it’s in. I haven’t received anything! This is still ongoing from

August 17th when the order was placed. It’s currently September 6th with nothing resolved.

They can definitely be a lot better until they fix those things they will not have my money.

Hopefully they improve soon. Be wary of your decisions.

Scam! I ordered 3 videos the videos were HORRIBLE, had a lot of back and forth to get the modifications needed done. On top of that they charged me more than they should and have promised a refund 3 weeks ago then completely dissapeared. I have emailed them over 10 times with 0 replies. What a dissapointment. Not even sure how this is legal.

I am extremely disappointed to leave this negative review for BandsOffAds. My experience with their service has been an absolute nightmare.

I placed an order with BandsOffAds on Jun 23, 2024 for their 3 UGC Advertisements, paying in full upfront. They have shared certain information but omitted some compulsory delivery details, and despite multiple attempts to reach out over *15 days*, my inquiries have been completely ignored. I have received zero replies.

When I finally sent a firm request for a refund due to their failure to fulfill the order, I still did not receive any response. This level of abysmal customer service is simply unacceptable.

I cannot recommend their service to anyone. Based on my experience, it is clear that they are entry level in doing this to omit major delivery information, and the level of customer service they provide proves that they do not value their customers. Avoid BandsOffAds at all costs - your time and money will be better spent elsewhere.

Just try it out, they're so cheap and even the quality is amazing. You have nothing to lose!
