I would not trust Banner with take out, let alone my family future

Whenever I needed help the company always helped me, in January it really helped me out they let me make quarterly payments,..couple days ago Joy helped me make bank account change that I could have never figured out on my own, it was very complicated to, going back and forth between different windows, but Joy was very patient and she saved my day!

Agent signed me up with my nickname instead of my legal name. I said during call it needs corrected and they said they would fix on the back end. Big mistake... submitted all the additional documentation they requested to update proof of my legal name. They said they will keep information on file but refuse to correct the policy name so looking elsewhere. I'm not going to trust them when my family needs them
