I had been searching for a long time for a beautiful floral dress that I had ordered from another online store. Unfortunately, it was never delivered, which made me skeptical. So, as a last chance, I ordered the Hazel Cocktail Dress from barbara & sarah, and it arrived just a week later. Im surprised by how good the quality is, especially since it was heavily discounted. Im so happy with my purchase!!

I'm very happy with the dress I received. I love the soft fabric.

Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy anything from Barbara & Sarah Palm Beach.
It took almost two months for my order to arrive. During that time, I was told the delay was my fault because I had supposedly provided the wrong address. That simply wasn’t true. When I asked for a refund, they pointed to their “no refunds” policy instead of resolving the issue.
When the package finally arrived, all I could do was laugh. The jeans I ordered were advertised as black jeans with beautifully painted horses on the front and back. What I received was nothing like the photos. The material was cheap, the workmanship was terrible, and the design looked like a sloppy, low-quality print. It was one of the most disappointing online purchases I’ve ever made.
After doing more research, I couldn’t even find evidence that “Barbara & Sarah Palm Beach” is a legitimate Palm Beach business.
Unfortunately, this is the third time I’ve been burned by an Instagram purchase. Lesson learned. From now on, I’ll be researching every company thoroughly before ordering anything advertised on social media.
Save your money and shop somewhere else.

the sizing is great of the maxi dresses

I needed a good pair of orthopedic sandals because we are going on vacation in three weeks. I saw these sandals on the website and ordered them right away. They arrived a few days later, and Im absolutely thrilled with them!

If I could give a zero star I would. Too good to be true will always be a valid statement. I ordered the “hand painted denim jeans”. Seems like a very distinct description. They were NOT jeans and they were NOT hand painted.
I went the return route, sent and email and received the same information as the other 1 star customer. I waited almost 2 months and they were sent from New Jersey, and I discovered the quality. Embarrassing for the company to sell products like this and call it superior, they are excellent at wordsmanship, terrible at quality.
I also was told told I would need to send the, back to China, NOT beautiful Palm Beach where they DO NOT HAVE A BOUTIQUE. They would then determine if THEY would accept the return, why would they accept a return they called amazing?
I could go on and on but I will leave you with this, if you have money to waste this is your Chinese shit shop, if not DON’T ship here, cute online crap when you finally receive it.

I ordered a really beautiful maxi dress on facebook. It arrived a few days later, but unfortunately a button had come loose. I emailed customer service right away, and within an hour a new dress was already on its way. Now thats what I call service.

Not sure why this showed up as a 3.2 rating as I had the only review and it was one star. But this is a follow up to further illustrate this devious scam. After refusing to refund my money when they were unable to deliver the product in six weeks, they then came up with the theory that I hadn't provided a delivery address when I ordered, which is pretty preposterous since I order stuff almost every day on-line, and I certainly understand that you have to provide an address. But having finally received the product and rejecting it as a cheap piece of trash, they now say that I need to pay 30-40 dollars to return it and bear the risk of loss and then they will decide whether they will approve the refund. How much do you want to bet the dress (which arrived smashed up in a 4" x 6" plastic envelope) will either be lost or they will not "approve" it. I was dumb to thing a building pictured as being in Palm Beach was actual there and not in some remote village in China, but I'm not dumb enough to pay 40 dollars more to try to get 60 dollars of relief. Their alternative was to offer a minimal refund and a discount off my future orders. Yeah, I'll spend this afternoon deciding which of the other pieces of trash clothing I want to order! I never had any problem ordering on line from anywhere until just the last three months and I've now lost money on four different scams like this, all from China, all on Instagram and all occurring at about the same time. Do not order anything from West Month (mattress topper), Oeomon (patriotic door wreath), or another one I've blocked out (America 250 decorated shirt) that still isn't here and probably won't be by the 4th. I've sworn off Instagram completely in terms of ordering unless I can verify the products on here on another source.
