Best to deal with a specialist rather than a general retailer. I dropped in to Barbeques Galore Malaga just before closing. I had previously been to Harvey Norman who had a very small range. The sales lady (Cheryl, I think?) who greeted us was amazing. Very knowledgable in her field, passionate, professional, patient and accommodating. I was happy that I chose to visit a specialist, rather than just buy from a general retailer. Would definitely look to buy an future BBQ needs from these guys.

Absolutely shocking service. Purchased a Kamado bbq and 3 months later the heat deflector split in half. I have rang to try and get a replacement and 3 months later I am still awaiting a replacement. Unbelievable!!!

My BBG's galore experience was a good one, my previous purchase was a 5 burner Turbo BBQ over 10 years ago and still going strong.
I went to BBQ's Galore to purchase a cover for my 10 yo Turbo and walked out the proud owner of a Traeger 850 Timberline.
Fran my very informative sales consultant provided me with assistance with my cover purchase and also with feedback to my questions with the Traeger 850 Timberline, so good was the product and assistance from Fran, i made my new purchase, great store and fantastic service from Fran and the Team at BBQ's Galore - Mile End - South Australia.

I found Barbeques Galore in Bunbury a fantastic store with extremely helpful and knowledgeable sales persons to assists you. The store is nice and roomy, not at all cramped and a pleasure to just browse in.

An overall very satisfactory buying experience where I benefited from a pre-order price reduction, the staff helpful, courteous and efficient at all times, the delivery was quicker thann expected, the pick up a breeze as I received much appreciated help in loading of my product by the staff. The product itself was better than expected although self assembly posed a couple of challenges with some instructions a little ambiguous. The BBQ is up and running and results to date are excellent.

Adam at Frankston bbq galore was very helpful and knowledgeable about the pellet smokers, helped me pick the right one for my partner and he loves it. Got the traegar pro 575 . Only disappointing thing is out of bbq galore hands they don't have accessories in stock

Highly recommend Midland BBQs Galore due to their attention to customer service. Nothing was too hard for them.

We purchased a dining and outdoor lounge set and was told it would be 6 weeks,we got a call a week later to say it had arrived.

The person that served me was very helpful no I spoke to him for about half an hour before I decided on what I was going to buy. I all So spoke to him on the phone before I went into the store great help but there was a lot of product range that went with the smoker that I bought which was a bit disappointing
