According to the tracking information, your package is expected to be delivered on April 17 or 18. We rely on the carrier’s delivery timeframes.

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice
Die Wahl Black Detailer-Maschine ist nach nur wenigen Monaten und ca. 10 Stunden Nutzung seitlich gerissen, ohne Sturz oder Fremdeinwirkung. Barberfriends weigert sich trotzdem, den Garantiefall anzuerkennen und behauptet einfach, ich hätte das Gerät selbst beschädigt.
Für ein angeblich professionelles Produkt absolut enttäuschend.
Keine Kulanz, kein Service – nicht empfehlenswert.

I hereby change it from one * to ***. Know I hope that they stop the refunding in time, so I don't have to comment on this track again 😄

Short version, no delivery to Bring, message from Bring is the package will arrive soon to us, for delivery, and that is still the message. Money deducted from my account. They send a mail regarding am I happy with the product. Tried to communicate by mail and chat from beginning to the end, no response at all. That's with certainty an experience that you can live without.
