So i purchased one after little research because it seemed like a great product. They said 7-9 days - fine. Took them almost a month to deliver.
I got no information from them despite they took my money the 26th. Fine, i waited a bit and after 12 days i was wondering where my product was, so i contacted them through their website, and they said they'd reply within 48 hrs. Fine. 48 hrs go by, no answer. 72 hrs, no answer. I try again. 72 hrs, and no answer. I find and info mail, and try contacting them there. 48 hrs - no answer. I contact them on facebook. withing 48 hrs - AN ANSWER! They would send me the invoice the next day and i'd get the product the next week. Next day, no invoice. The next week, i did have the product, but still no invoice. I contact again, and they have now "read" the message and i still have no invoice, or any proof of purchase.
Took me a month to get a product that should have been here withing 9 days. They do not care about their customers.

Oh - and the product is a mediocre razor you can probably buy for 10 usd on aliexpress. It seems a bit weighty, but i suspect there is added weights inside.

To sum it up: Mediocre product, and they do not care about their customers.

This is as beautiful as it is bad. Not worth the 50€ I paid for it, imagine the 100 they say it normally cost. It is the worst trimmer I have had, and I have had already a dozen. Tried to cut my beard, and spent half an hour cause it didn´t get the job done. At the end, I picked up my old one to finish the job because this is completely useless unless.

this is my first shaver with gold color, a royal family feel! this is quite a good smart idea. the chrome gold coating is easy to dust off, easy to clean. size about right, feel comfortable in hand, easy to hold. sound is quite, not that noisy as the professional ones, ideal for home family use or for kids. rechargeable battery is type c port, more and more faster charging for those small appliances. quite happy with it.

Buongiorno, ho acquistato in rasoio trimmer che mi è arrivato il 13 marzo. Il rasoio non funziona in quanto non taglia assolutamente. Dallo stesso giorno ho iniziato a scrivere agli indirizzi indicati nel sito richiedendo l'indirizzo a cui rispedire il rasoio per avere il rimborso. Domani scadono i 14 giorni di legge e non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta. L'ordine è il n. #2170. Sappiate che se entro stasera non mi manderete l'indirizzo per fare il reso domani, mi rivolgerò al mio avvocato che agirà di conseguenza.
