No goods, no contact - don’t bother
Placed an order on the 15th March, delivery is advised as 3-5 working days.
I chased on the 20th March to be told it was sent with a courier and had been damaged but that they were resending my order out. I appreciate things happen but it’s now the 30th March, no goods, they’ve stopped answering my emails and I’m left having to ring the bank to see if I can get my money back.
They have no contact number so can only email.
They’ve provided 0 tracking information to date, despite the order being ‘despatched’.

I’ve now been contacted by trust pilot as bar bits have disputed that I’m a genuine customer. Even though I’ve already sent them order number.
This review will remain because its genuine, evidence sent.
After writing this review, I had 2 really poor emails sent to me (one after midnight) from this company - who couldn’t be bothered to answer my emails when I just wanted to know where my order was- they were really rude! I have now got my money back but if you want to be messed around, left without no goods, insulted and all down to their incompetence- order from here. Jokers.

Upon further investigation into your review, i can confirm that your order was "returned to the sender" based on the information provided by the courier's tracking details. The reason for the return was an incorrect address (The address was missing a house number).

I’ve just moved into a new flat and decided to purchase lots of drinking glasses. I ended up spending a lot of money and took a gamble. I was skeptical as all the glasses were super cheap compared to anywhere else I’d seen. Turns out was a great gamble! I have since done multiple orders. Excellent customer service and obsessed with the things they sell! My go to!!
