They were very welcoming. We felt very well taken care of during the whole experience. We came in from a different country. Using English was not a problem. They always responded quickly by email. We would recommend them to anyone who need the services they provide.

J'ai apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la secrétaire Cécilia pendant tout le début de ma prise de contact. Puis en parlant avec la Doctoresse Guix, je l'ai trouvé à l'écoute.
Sur place, tout le monde a été très accueillant et souriant.
Le fait de pouvoir tout faire en français a été le gros plus, car j'étais tellement stressée pendant tout le processus, que cela m'a beaucoup rassuré.

Les personnel est vraiment proche des patientes, tous!de la secrétaire aux infirmières, au gynéco. Ils sont disponibles et à l'écoute, j'ai toujours eu des réponses à mes questions.
Même après le transfert de l'embryon ils restent présents et encore au 5eme mois de grossesse. 2 ponctions, 1 transfert, 1 bébé en route! Malgré l'âge, l'endométriose....
Je recommande cette clinique à toutes les femmes qui se lancent dans ce parcours.

The clinic is very dedicated to the patient, they are focusing on your needs and what really matters in order to achieve your goal. They took care of me after an attempt in another clinic and after following their procedure the IVF worked at the first time. They are really nice people and also very important they are speaking a lot of languages, so you can feel comfortable and understood. When you are dealing with this path, being understood helps a lot. Thank you all for your work, your kindness and your support.

El trato con el paciente y la atención proporcionada

La nostra esperienza con questa clinica e stata di una eccellenza enorme! Ci siamo trovati davvero bene con tutto, e tutti! Sono super disponibili in tutto,! Non smetterò mai di rigraziali per tutto il supporto e affetto che ci hanno dato.

E' stata un'esperienza incredibile. Ho vissuto emozioni contrastanti ma è stato meraviglioso aver reagito bene alla terapia con un risultato bellissimo. Sono felice di aver intrapreso questo percorso: lo staff della clinica è stupendo, gentile, disponibile e professionale. Anche se è stato un percorso a tratti faticoso e doloroso, è stata la scelta giusta. Sono più tranquilla per il futuro e sapere che in caso potrò fare del bene anche a qualcun'altro oltre a me mi fa dire a maggior ragione "che bello". Grata per tutto.

From the very first contact, I felt listened to, supported, and cared for at every stage of the process.
The medical team’s approach was impeccable — kind, clear, and deeply human. Communication was constant, both with my doctor and my medical assistant, who always responded quickly and with empathy. I never felt like just a number, but a person with a story and a dream.
Every procedure was explained in detail, every medical decision was well-reasoned and adapted to my situation, and at all times I felt the peace of mind of being in the hands of a team that truly knows what they’re doing.
Today I can say that, thanks to them, I fulfilled my dream of becoming a mother, and I did it feeling supported and understood.

Mi experiencia en esta clínica no fue positiva. Tras una punción con complicaciones que terminaron en urgencias, nadie de la clínica se puso en contacto conmigo para interesarse por mi estado. Durante todo el proceso tuve la sensación de que era yo quien debía estar detrás para pedir información y resolver dudas.

Noté falta de comunicación conmigo y también dentro del propio equipo, lo que me hizo sentir insegura. Además, los tiempos fueron muy rápidos, sin dar margen a mi cuerpo para recuperarse ni valorar con calma cada paso.

Entiendo que en medicina los resultados no se pueden prometer, pero sí considero fundamental la cercanía, el acompañamiento y la transparencia. Me arrepiento de haber elegido esta clínica, porque no recibí el trato humano ni la atención que un proceso de este tipo requiere.

Me arrepiento de haber elegido esta clínica. Durante el tratamiento noté falta de comunicación, coordinación y seguimiento, incluso cuando tuve complicaciones tras la punción y terminé en urgencias. Todo iba demasiado rápido, sin dar tiempo a que mi cuerpo se recuperara ni a valorar cada paso con calma.

Los resultados nunca se pueden garantizar, pero en un proceso tan delicado lo mínimo es sentir apoyo, cercanía y transparencia. Y eso, por desgracia, no lo encontré aquí.

Nefasto, me han hecho perder 2 años vitales para quedarme embarazada. El primer transfer me dijeron que me quedaba embarazada seguro: “si te transfiero 2 embriones tendrás 2” palabras textuales. Muy poca profesionalidad y no hicieron las pruebas necesarias para ver que tenia el sindrome de asherman que es tratable y se puede revertir la infertilidad. Me han hecho perder el tiempo y el dinero.

AVOID. That's all I can say. Especially if live in UK they are definitely not geared up to support you - I am not sure how well they perform for Germany and France but at least their surveys they issue for customer feedback are in those languages. They sent me a survey for feedback that I cannot read - I have asked for English issue over 3 times so they are really not bothered. Just box ticking. Very poorly organised administration/medical assistants when they are supposed to be supporting you through a very expensive, emotional and physically draining experience - and you are meant to be as relaxed as possible. The first time I attended the clinic they did not know what I was there for - as the desk staff had not been notified - despite me having an appointment and flying from UK. I was given blood tests after much explaining why I was there but told to come back the next day - where I waited around for 3 hrs. The desk staff advised they didn't have my forms so made me fill them all in again. (This happened again when I visited in March 2024 for transfer) I was put in an examination room by a non English speaking person who instructed me to take all my clothes off - then she disappeared and the doctor came in, I was not told what was happening - but the door was open so people walking by could see me naked, no apology, no discretion. I should have given up then. At the transfer in March 2024, again they had lost my signed paperwork. I was treated by a different doctor - this was a shock as I had understood I would be treated by Dr Olivares. There was no update or information. The cycle was unsuccessful. I returned in June 2024 for 2nd attempt at embryo transfer. There was no continuity in the 'medical assistants' who changed between over 3 assistants dependant on who was on shift, those who were supposed to be 'supporting' me - at least 2 left their employment at the clinic without me even being notified, it would not have taken much to say 'A' has now left 'B' will be your new contact - I just got a different person no explanation. They constantly chase you for payment - but can take over 3 emails for them to confirm they have received this payment - once they have your money you are not a concern. They are impersonal and often send emails without even your name, very abrupt - you are just a number. There is a lack of understanding/care of what you are going through and very little support. I was advised it was extremely important following positive result to have Lubion injections - yet the prescriptions they wrote for me were only any use in Spain - insufficient for UK. The medical assistants did not seem able to grasp this and you could not get past them to speak to a Doctor. Not once did I get to speak to a doctor. Email after email to the assistants in desperation with no response. I was turned away with their prescriptions from 7 different pharmacies in UK desperate and had a few days dose left being given same answer it needs to be in English, it needs to have the prescribers name on it (Dr Olivares) it needs to have the clinics address on it, it needs to state how many vials and the measure in millilitres, it needs to have the patient's address on it - they should have known this. All this added further stress when you have a glimmer of hope that you are pregnant and know that you need this drug. The clinic do not understand how restrictions and laws work in the UK - and this is where you will be let down- they just do the transfer and send you packing - if you don't get all the drugs you need before you leave Barcelona, and take them home with you, you will have hard work and stress on your hands! I was even told to speak to my gynaecologist - they do not seem to understand that when you have had treatment out of the NHS doctors are not willing to get involved - they consider that you should be supported by your clinic until past 12 weeks. When they did answer me they just told me to ring Stork online - but again the prescription was insufficient until they amended - they must know this how can they get it so wrong time and time again? Once you have a positive result they want 2 scans - like you are providing homework. I lost the pregnancy just before 3 months. Whilst I do not know what caused this I really could have done without the stress and lack of advice and support I received. I know that people may think its more economical to go abroad it might be slightly - but its not that much cheaper - and there is no price you can put on having dedicated support, being able to get hold of the doctor and prescriptions you need and no language barrier - if I can help one person be aware of these issues then its something. They make excuses that if you do not have your name on then they cannot address this review - but I have addressed them directly via email many times and they ignore or say they are sorry. The are shockingly disorganised!

Hace 1 año y medio hicimos un tratamiento FIV, tengo endometriosis. Y después de 2 abortos y un ectópico pues nos decidimos a probar. Al final no nos resultó, pero mi mala puntuación no es tanto por el resultado, sino por el trato recibido. Nos atendió la Dra. Serra, que la verdad nos gustó mucho, y nos decidimos por esta clínica por ella. Pero por desgracia estuvo varias veces de baja, y me atendieron otros profesionales, que quizá no lo eran tanto. Poca comunicación entre ellos, no se si se miraban bien la histrória clínica. Cuando me toco empezar a pincharme, el medico que me atendió me dijo una dosi (0'05), yo le comenté si no era 0'5, y él que no. Soy técnico de laboratorio, así que el tema concentraciones lo entiendo, tras un par de llamadas mas al final me dijo que si, que eran 0'5. Una persona que no esté familiarizada con todo esto le hubiera hecho caso y se hubiera pinchado para nada. Luego el día de la implantación, sin ningún tipo de info de como estaban, yo quería hacer estudio genético, me dijeron que me implantaban 2 porqué no estaban en estadio blasto (creo) y congelaban el otro y que no se podía hacer, no me dijeron bien la dosis de las pastillas via vaginal de la progesterona. Y creo que una clínica que solo se dedica a la reproducción asistida, tendría que estar mucho mas formada, ahora que he estado investigando mas por mi cuenta, para la endometriosis hay que preparar mas el cuerpo, con dieta, algunos suplementos para bajar inflamación, etc. Aquí solo tenían 2 protocolos: el de "toda la vida" (inyectables diarios durante un o un par de meses) y el "nuevo" o mas actual, que era un inyectable que hacia el efecto creo de 1 semana. Si se tiene un problema "de base" como en mi caso endometriosis, recomiendo buscar algún otro centro. Yo me sentí poco acompañada. Eso si, para cobrar no había nunca problemas
