Very good communication
Having regular emails sent and updates of when my next delivery will be makes everything easier. Also the fact that you can change the dates of delivery within a couple of days of my items being dispatched. It’s all about the communication and this make bare biology a good company to buy from.

I bought the liquid Omega 3 to try on my father to keep his BP, heart and kidneys under control and he found the sweet spot at 1.5 ml every evening! He is absolutely happy with the taste of the product and the results after 1 week intake. He intends to keep using this absolutely brilliant Omega 3 for a long time. We strongly recommend the Liquid Omega 3.

I have three go-to BB addictions and here they are! Rise and Shine high strength Omega 3 fish oil capsules; Skinful with Vitamin C (collagen in powder form which I put in smoothies or filtered water depending on my mood!) and Ready and Rested - magnesium bisglycinate capsules which have really helped my insomnia.
