Never arrived
I ordered the product on the 19th of January and it still has not been shipped and I haven’t been provided with any shipping details. I emailed customer service and was told there were ‘delays due to the promotion’ - shouldn’t run promotional offers on products if you cannot keep up with the shipping demands!

Excellent product. Great offer
I had initially given 1 star as the parcel hadn’t arrived. The company then communicated that they were experiencing delays. My order arrived. I was very impressed with the look of the item, well packaged and gave excellent results.
After trialling the product I’m excited to buy the full size item.
I would say if they can wait to ask for reviews until after a parcel has arrived it may result in less disappointing reviews however communication otherwise from this brand is very very good.
