Do not order from this company unless…

Do not order from this company unless you want to be charged for multiple months and can't get them to stop sending and billing until you threaten legal action. I asked them multiple times to stop sending and was ignored. I ended up having to cancel my credit card in order to not be charged anymore. I tried to reach out multiple times to the company to submit a return request and to try working things out with them, but have received no response. I'm out over $700 CAD for all the product I was sent that I did not ask for.
Please contact me so we can find a resolution to this!

I needed help with my subscription

I needed help with my subscription. Rose Williams helped me. I could not afford to keep the subscription. She gave me several options but I was still not able to afford it. She took care of me and handled everything. I appreciate the help she gave me. Thank you, Rose!!

Asking for is a consistent, fair price of $20 per tube

Once again, I really like your product. What I didn’t appreciate was being placed on automatic renewal at double the original price. My initial purchase was $20 per tube, but the renewal charged me $40 per tube.
After several emails with Rose Williams, your final offer of $25 per tube was close—but still not quite there. All I’ve been asking for is a consistent, fair price of $20 per tube each time I order, without unexpected increases.
I believe that’s a reasonable request, and I hope you’ll consider being more consistent and transparent with your pricing.

I had a very poor experience with Bare Willow.

I requested cancellation of my subscription in writing on February 16, 2026. Instead of canceling, customer service replied asking why I wanted to cancel and offered discounts and benefits. I should not have had to justify my decision.

Despite my cancellation request, the subscription was not canceled and I was charged $44.97 on March 18, 2026 (Order #BAREWILLOW-80551).

Customer service is difficult to access and appears to rely heavily on AI or scripted responses, which makes resolving billing issues extremely frustrating. The product also did not work as advertised.

I am still seeking a full refund and confirmation that my subscription is canceled. I would caution other customers to carefully watch for automatic subscriptions and billing.

Mary Rose in customer service provided tremendous assistance in helping me understand my Capsacare subscription, and ultimately getting my subscription canceled at my request. Mary was patient and responsive to me as new Bare Willow customer.

Great Customer Service Representative:

Ms. Mary Rose is a great representation of your company and a great customer representative. She listens and evaluates and has a concern for the customers. Customer Service & concerns

I was contacted by Rose Williams who reassured me that the product was on its way and there was no need for me to worry. She apologized for the delay. This helped me to be a little more confident in the company. I still have not received the product as yet and I wish that management would do something to hasten the delivery time.
