2nd time I haven`t received my purchase on time, but this time it was $30 more than last time.
My purchase was made on the 1st of April... I should have known better! nearly 3 weeks on and my $160 seems down the drain.
As a pensioner I just can`t afford to throw that money away.
I have my account receipt as evidence as to the money being taken.
This company has completely lost my trust.

My first order arrived in two days, I was impressed. I placed my second order 3 weeks ago, about 2 weeks ago I sent a msg asking why my order was still listed as 'on hold'. I received an email from someone named Adam telling me to ignore that and that my order had been sent. On the 8th April I sent another msg asking that if my order could not be provided then to please issue a refund - I have heard nothing since. It is now 15th April and It would seem I've blown money I couldnt afford to lose. Let the buyer beware.

Good communication via WhatsApp and email. Never had a problem and always received the order

I have been dealing with this company for a while now and they are great. Never had an issue and delivery is fast.

I have not received order, had no confirmation of payment, tried to contact by email several times very slow to respond would not give tracking order insisted I have to contact via whats app. I'm in my 70's and have a basic phone so email is my preferred option. No customer service no delivery - beware of this company

Who cares you get the goods for a good price could not be happier.

I dislike having to use the what's app just to get my tracking number and they are not Australia's cheapest as the company I normally order from are cheaper thought l would give them a go. Had to email them 3 times before anyone responded.The only positive was quick delivery

when i first placed a order i made a big mistake by not pressing the pay button i felt really bad after i had already, give em hell, Adam was amazingly understanding, well it turns out within 3 days to wa it was on my doorstep, the product was actually better in taste than where i was buying before. so its 5 stars for both orders i received b4 i expected it and 5 stars for the product which I'm very happy with
