Wow what a strap

Wow what a strap. (Green ribbed nylon 20mm).
I must have at least ten various nato straps for my vintage dive watch that I've accumulated over the years that I have felt never quite did it, but this one does.
Rugged, stylish, tasteful with a depth and three dimensional look to it.
Fast delivery, well packaged and presented in a cool pouch, very classy.
I will certainly be purchasing another possibly in grey.

Top notch customer service and awareness

Well, I didn't buy a strap. I tried to. I'm in Canada and our postal service is on strike. Bark and Jack reached out to me to say, "hey, we can't ship to you because your postal service is on strike. Do you want to wait or did you want a refund?" Not knowing how long the strike was going to be, I took the refund option and I had my money back the next day.

I thought it was great that a company would reach out in a timely manner before I had to wonder "where's my strap?" and very quickly offered a refund instead of "Sorry for the delay, we'll ship when we can" with no option for a refund.

To me, that's paying attention to the customer, and I'll place my order again when the strike is over.

Decent Strap, over priced tool

Fair enough the nylon nato straps were great, but the bergnon tool is avialible for 20 quid; I was charged 25. (not sure why)

Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave feedback. The Bergeon tool you purchased was £24, not £25 as mentioned, and the small difference in price compared to larger retailers simply comes down to scale — as a small business, our costs per unit are higher.

It’s similar to paying more for a bottle of water in a café than in a supermarket — smaller quantities and convenience naturally affect price. We’ve reached out to you directly to explain this in more detail.

Straps are good but pretty pricey for…

Straps are good but pretty pricey for what they are. Shipping over seas was not cheap and had duties to pay in Canada. There isn't anything inherently better than what you might find on Ali Express or Amazon.

We completely understand that international shipping costs and duties can be frustrating. These charges are set by the government of the importing country and are unfortunately outside of our control. That said, we always aim to be transparent — our shipping policy notes that international buyers are responsible for any duties or taxes on arrival.

We already use the most economical international service available to us, but we know there’s still room to improve. We’re currently working on a North American shipping solution that will help reduce both delivery times and costs, and we’re excited to have that in place before the end of the year.

On the product side, we’ve been developing and refining our straps since we first launched in 2017, and we’re continuing that journey with a refreshed catalogue and all-new products rolling out over the next 12 months — something we’re really excited about. We believe these updates will once again put us at the forefront of innovation in what’s become an increasingly competitive market.

We’ve also reached out directly to see if there’s anything we can do to help or make things right. Thanks again for taking the time to leave us feedback, which helps us keep improving both our products and the overall customer experience.

Good product but…

Good product but I feel that the wrong colour (grey against dark grey) got sent. It was sent out quick but when I questioned it via the email contact I had to send another email to get a reply. They just told me that the pictures can have colour discrepancy but that was all. Ok I could have sent it back and started the usual ‘shovelling water uphill’ lark but let’s face it, probably best to put this down to just some bloke asking a question and getting a stock reply with a closed answer. Banging on about your product on YouTube Adrian won’t make me buy another. Nothing wrong with the strap just your Customer service here.
