We are sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with our customer service, as every customer is important to us and we always aim to provide a positive experience.

For clarity, your Gallop Trojan Xtra rug was purchased on 9 November 2025, dispatched on 10 November and delivered on 11 November 2025. A fault was reported on Friday 9 January 2026, almost two months after delivery, relating to stitching on the Velcro straps of the neck cover.

In line with our faults policy, we requested photographs, which were provided. When you contacted us by phone on Monday 12 January for an update, we confirmed that the matter was being handled in accordance with our policy and advised that we were happy to cover the cost of a repair. This was confirmed within one working day of receiving your email and in line with our statutory obligations.

On 15 January, a PayPal claim was raised stating that the order had not been received and that additional items were missing.

As the issue had been escalated via PayPal, we responded through their resolution centre. We are sorry that this situation has been frustrating.

At no point did we refuse assistance, and we were more than happy to work towards a resolution, particularly as you had previously told us how much you liked the rug.

Once the PayPal process has been concluded, we remain happy to offer either a refund or £20 store credit towards the cost of re-stitching the neck cover.

To anyone reading this, please be assured that we always strive to offer friendly, fair and efficient customer service and will continue to work hard to resolve any issues as promptly and reasonably as possible.

PS their dispute against us on Paypal was denied as Paypal sided with us.
