Ordered the Pina Cocoon Premium Barong Tagalog Coat and I couldn’t put my arms thru the sleeves. I called the 800 number and it goes straight to voicemail. Then I called the California store and a lady answered. When I explained to her about the coat, she blamed me for not checking the website measurement. An 8 inch cuff measurement is unrealistic for any adult. The sleeves are so tapered you can’t even put the hands thru. After explaining how the coat isn’t made correctly, she wanted a $50.00 restocking fee PLUS another charge to fix it. Then she hung up on me. I’m disappointed with the service & company. For a $269.00 coat, I would not recommend to anyone. Coat is not wearable and considered a loss.

I should have Refund, because I ordered it in USA and I deliver in the Philippines. The prize is half the difference. The Filipiana is not match in the dress . I’m not satisfied because I paid too much but the quality of the Filipianas is very cheap.

Great quality for the price. The only thing my husband has issue is the collar. It is too stiff that makes it a bit uncomfortable. I suggest to use a softer material for the Chinese collar.
Otherwise, it looks great!

Happy with the barong I ordered. If you’re also planning to wear it to an event make sure you take to account the shipping time. I chose regular shipping and it takes about 18-20 business days for it to arrive. Only complaint I can think of is the sizing for the camisa de chino runs really small. There was no option to change the size of the camisa de chino when I ordered it as an included option at a discounted price with the barong. The barong and camisa de chino I ordered were both medium, but the size of the shirt was too small. Prolly have to go up 2 sizes up your normal shirt size for the camisa de chino.

I ordered this shirt for my husband since early February so he could use it on time for the Father daughter dance at school scheduled on 4/2/26. The shirt is beautiful but there was a few problems with it. First, I ordered size large and received XL. Second, upon ordering, it was never prompted to me the option of shipping or pickup so I assumed it would be shipped to my address but that was not the case. I then received an email from the company asking when I would pick it up. I then called and answered to their email saying it needed to be shipped to my home and that was around March 18th. I ended up paying for shipping as well besides they have very expensive prices on them (almost $200). Once I received the shirts one week prior to the event, I saw it was not the right size as already mentioned above. I called and wrote an email to the company explaining I needed the right shirt to be delivered on time prior to 4/2/26 and they said they would discuss it with the company to see what they could do but “they would try to ship it as soon as possible”. 4 days prior to the big event, I received an email stating the shirt would not arrive on time for the event and that they were sorry. I will say one thing, for the price and all that trouble, I honestly wouldn’t recommend this company. Too disorganized and pricy. The shirt is beautiful but unfortunately my husband cannot wear it because they sent the wrong size. Therefore, I don’t recommend this company. I planned on time this purchase so my husband and daughter could have a wonderful experience at the father-daughter dance. Now, I have to search what other nice outfit he could wear. Completely upset & disappointing! 😡

Thank you for the quick turnaround

I like the large selection of barong tagalogs available. The online experience was excellent overall. When purchasing online I thought I was setup for delivery but it was for pickup. This caused a delay in the delivery. It took several weeks for my Barong Tagalogs to be delivered and by the time I received it, the event I was planning to wear it had already passed. Aside from that, the Barong was beautiful and well made. I know now to order months in advance to ensure delivery.

Unfortunately the barong I received looked worn with some stain around the collar and smelled of body odor. It was on clearance so I’m guessing it was a returned product . It looked beautiful and thank you but a bit disappointed I wish I knew the condition

It makes you feel Like a winner while wearing an apparel made by Barong . This is my fourth item purchased at Barong and would recommend to friends .

Emailed me that you guys will not ship my order because you guys said that I didn't pay for the shipping even though it shows very clear on my order confirmation number with shipping on it. For how many days wasted Emailed back and forth they found that they emailed the wrong person. Made me think that did i get scammed or something... the last email "sorry it's for different person". Wow! Bad service!

They don't communicate well. I have been waiting for the rest of my order and I don't get any update from them. Where is my order??? It's almost 2 months now. They sent me partial.. 2 out of the 5 barong I ordered arrived 2 weeks ago.

This is a gift for my niece's son. She said the fabric and the embroidery were very nice. Unfortunately I don"t have a picture of his son wearing the barong yet.

The camisa de chino has a return policy but they are not acknowledging it or honoring it and has been ignoring me now. XL and XXL are more like medium and large, it doesnt fit and they dont want to help a customer out. And just straight up ignoring me.
