Disappointing
Ordered 8 bottles, 6 were unavailable but still being displayed on website. Customer service offered to substitute with different wine, which I accepted. It was disappointing to find what is advertised online is not in line with the stock they hold.
Delivery was on time with good communication.

This issue prompted a review of our website system which has resulted in more accurate stock reporting. I'm saddened to hear you feel disappointed by our service on this occasion however I'm pleased that you found our delivery time and communication levels to be of a good standard.

Highly Recommend
Edd and his team are always incredibly helpful and super efficient. They have a wonderful and varied list of interesting wines and are great at suggesting the perfect wines to match the occasion. His online wine tastings are also a must for friends, families and colleagues!

Edd and the Barrique team are true experts. Their unstuffy and unpretentious approach to explaining the virtues of their fantastic range of wines has made exploring wine accessible and fun. Highly recommend the wine subscription - we have yet to be disappointed with a single wine that has been selected, and we have discovered some absolutely fantastic wines that we would never have chosen for ourselves. And Edd's tastings are absolutely first rate too. Treat yourself!

Fantastic service & an excellent choice of wines at a very reasonable price. The mixed red case was/is a great way to taste a variety of different wines from across the world that perhaps you wouldn’t ordinarily choose.
