We act as Independent and Single Joint Experts for Court purposes. We are RICS Regulated and have RICS Registered Valuers. The team utilise drones for roof surveys. We collaborate with Housing Associations and provide Stock Condition Surveys, Internal Valuations and Shared ownership staircasing and resale Valuations. We work with Local Authorities including with their development teams on new builds. Annual asset valuations for financial purposes are competed on rolling programmes. Our teams work across a wide area with Surveyors based in Reading, Henley on Thames, Fleet, Basingstoke, Southampton, Bournemouth and Warminster. We cover Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, West Sussex, Surrey.

Efficient and thorough

I had a very positive experience with this company. The staff were helpful, efficient and polite, the snagging survey we requested was thorough, and the report arrived promptly.

So impressed with Bartley West

So impressed with Bartley West. We needed a retrospective valuation on a property and from my initial request through to getting the report they have been brilliant. They responded really quickly to my enquiries. The house visit was arranged and completed within days and the report produced just a few days after that.
Having made enquiries with other surveyors and not had replies or been quoted huge costs, Bartley West have been a breath of fresh air.
Basically, they're exactly what you want from a surveyor, professional, accurate and efficient. Rebecca, Peter and especially Hayley have been amazing.

Highly recommended

Highly recommended! - their surveyor Peter Gurney has a keen experienced eye and found a number of serious damp problems which hadn’t been obvious, analysed the causes, and recommended a course of action. Rebecca Gilbert in the office was also very helpful and answered queries promptly.
