Outstanding Customer Service

I bought a Helinox Swivel Camp Chair from BaseCampGear and they were outstanding in every respect!

It was a pleasure to buy from them and I will do so again.

A refreshing product

Product as described and in a leak proof bottle ! Which for some reason isn’t important to other manufacturers iv tried !! Used after a night fishing recently and definitely refreshing.

Not impressed with payment options

The order shipped and received in a timely manner BUT I am not sure if I do use them again because of the payment method they employ.
I do not trust PayPal, having nasty experience with them. I had to choose AmazonPay and not comfortable with that either because not sure how secure is login into Amazon account from someone else web page, not to mention the hassle and the time that is wasted.
BasecampGear needs to catch up with time and add ApplePay to their payment method for a secure debit card payment

Good service

Good service. The only thing stopping the last star from being awarded was the lack of info on the delivery due date. But having spoken to Basecamp that was all cleared up.
