I just spent an hour waiting on the phone to get through to someone to speak to them about aircon units, what the process was for booking, etc. The guy on the phone was rude to be frank, and it was a total waste of my time unfortunately.

If you know exactly what aircon units you want and where, and you’re willing to wait for 3 months to have it fitted (this is what the man told me on the phone) then contact them, otherwise leave it and speak to companies willing to help you through the process and better customer services.

Outstanding service, ordered ac unit at around 2pm and was delivered next day unfortunately I ordered the wrong unit, spoke to Basildon ACR who arranged a collection and delivery of another unit after giving me some advice for a day later. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend 👌

Be careful with this company.

One year after purchasing >£1500 of units, they say they no longer offer servicing, which of course is needed for their warranty.

What it is shameful is they give you a servicing price when you are buying don't even return you calls when you try to book in later. If you call the sales line, you get fobbed off with any number of excuses.

Mario has been an absolute star from start to finish. He took care of our needs, gave great advice and guided us to the right unit. We got a convenient buying experience and were even able to pay by card. He's been super responsive, and came in the after hours to ensure we got our AC installed on time. He kept things tidy, offered nice conversation, and got the job done to perfection. Mario even stayed to ensure that all worked well, and heated up the room, and cooled it down, which kept him into the late evening.

This company I would highly recommend as they have the most courteous and professional staff and highly skilled and knowledgeable. I dealt with Maj who I cannot praise enough. He goes the extra mile for his customers and I’m sure he is a highly important in this brilliant companies staff.

Two words "Absolutely outstanding". Maj and Mateusz our installer here in for the Leicester region have been exceptional in helping us choose an AC unit for critical heating in the winter and cooling in the summer. The technical knowledge about the product and installation and care have been superb. We are now considering using this company for further rooms. Mateusz professionalism is second to none, and the quality of the installation is just WOW! Maj an exceptional leader. Thank you both!

Read the reviews on Trustpilot and thought I'd give Basildon ACR a go. Super helpful and friendly to work with - communication was great and they were very supportive.
Installation was brilliant - Bishek (sorry, not sure about the spelling!) was fantastic - just got straight to work and didn't seem to stop until it was done but was happy to take the time to explain things whenever I had a question.
Between Basildon ACR and Bishek, everything was super-smooth and the price was very reasonable.
In my opinion you can't go wrong choosing these guys!

A really nice company to deal with. A proper quote and changes made quickly. My unit was ordered on Wednesday and fitted on the Monday. The fitters were really nice guys and despite some inclement weather did a really good job and left the place clean and tidy. I really can't fault them. The aircon unit works as well! a really satisfied customer. Well done full marks and I don't normally write reviews but this deserves it.

Frankly, their service was really good. Efficient, effective and very well done.

One small remark, as these jobs tend to take a big part of the day, the clean-up from the drilling has not been done (almost) at all which is not what I had hoped. Other than that, price, service and quality are really good!

Ismaiel came to my house today to install two Aircon units. There was some challenges along the way with not being able to find the cable because my builder had not found it himself and therefore wasn’t able to explain it to us however he was awesome and very patient with me and he finished the work just now and I’m very very happy so thank you so much team For introducing me to Ismaiel Make sure you feed him chocolates because he likes that too LOL.

Great price, excellent speed of delivery and fitting. Polite technician/installer... couldn't recommend more highly. Within one week of ordering I had a working A/C system in our garden room... a real game changer..

I don’t usually leave reviews, and in fact, this is my first one. But I feel compelled to share my positive experience with this company because of their exceptional service. When I called to inquire about an AC unit, they didn’t try to upsell me to the most expensive model. Instead, they asked about the size of my room and my specific needs, then recommended an appropriate unit. Rather than simply providing a lump sum quote, they broke down the costs into the unit price, parts like piping, and labor. This transparency was very helpful and stood out compared to other companies I contacted, who just quoted a flat price.

The unit was delivered the very next day, and the technician, Mr. Ismail, installed it a few days later. He went above and beyond to ensure the installation was completed on the scheduled day, despite some challenges posed by my house’s construction. About a month later, during a heatwave with temperatures over 30°C, the condensation pump failed. I called the company around 9 AM for a warranty service, and Ismail responded promptly, scheduling the repair for the same day. He arrived around 2 PM, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the part under warranty. The AC has been working perfectly ever since.

This is a truly hassle-free company. You can trust them to help you find the right AC unit, install it professionally, and provide ongoing support with the highest level of service.

Had a recent installation, from initial enquiry and quotation the job ran seamlessly. Parts were delivered on time, installation was arranged to suit me. Mateusz was our engineer, he was very polite, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He cleaned up continuously as he worked, excellent all round job, best night sleep ever.

Once I decided to get AC, I thought it would be a quick 1-2 week process. Unfortunately, I bounced from one company to another, and it was very frustrating.

Then I accidentally found Basildon online. I was happy with the quote, happy with the process, AND then, they went an extra mile to do a good job with the AC installation! One year later, it was in perfect condition, it didn't even need any cleaning for annual service, neither inside nor outside!

The manager on the phone is great, engineers are great. Highly recommend!

The prices were extremely competitive.
E2E journey was very smooth and the installation person was very professional and courteous.

Additionally - I like the yearly service feature where they follow up with you even if you forget the service. This ensures the warranty is valid and alos teh unit's are maintained well.
