I tried for 45 minutes to steam off my dipped nails. Filing, steaming, filing, acetone right on the nails, etc. I kept having to restart it to keep it running and barely got the dip off 2 nails, but not completely. I finally gave up and booked a nail appointment. Just know that if you buy this and open it, it is yours. No returns. I’m not sure how they expect you to know of it works without trying. I don’t have 2 hours to spare TRYING to steam them off. I can wrap them in cotton and foil by then. I do not recommend if you have anything other than regular nail polish on.

Absolutely rubbish. This did not remove any of my gel at all!

I thinks the description is very misleading. It "probably" might remove nail POLISH but certainly not gel.

A complete waste of money. I would have returned it but didn't try it straight away. It's going in the bin because I couldn't even give it away!!

Steamer is garbage. Doesn't work. Followed instructions exactly and it did nothing for my gel polish (standard coats). And they won't let you return it if you've used it which makes no sense at all! I even asked for a store credit instead so at least I didn't waste my money but nope!

Scam! Not even arrived!! Can’t reach through to their customer service either

I bought the Steam Pro, and it DOES NOT work as they state it does. I followed the directions exactly as stated in the instructions, but it took many times of the machine turning off and then having to restart before the polish started to slightly come off. I then had to scrape the gel nail polish off (Which is what I was trying to avoid since it harms your nails). When I contacted BASK LA about my dissatisfaction, they stated that they only offered refunds for unused devices!! How can you tell if it works or not if you can't use it?!? This indicates to me that they know it's a piece of crap. When I attempted to leave a negative review on their website to warn others, it did not appear. This could be why they don't have any negative reviews on their website.
