When item arrived it looked as if it had previously been returned. The cables were not properly wrapped. I sent an email asking to return and was refused as it was not faulty.
I have tried it and it is absolutely terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone, also the customer service is shocking

Gorgeous candles and wax melts in a wide range of scents. My personal favourite is Ember at the moment-perfect for providing some warmth on a grey, rainy evening. Jasmin is excellent at answering any questions you have about your order. I would highly recommend using the scent quiz to find suggestions for fragrances you may like!
