Been with this company 6years never claimed until now back and forth with emails saying they want more prove of ownership sent order confirmation still not good enough avoid this company

As part of your claim, your claims investigator requested an evidence of ownership document in PDF format, in line with our terms and conditions. Unfortunately, screenshots are not accepted due to security reasons.
This was the final piece of documentation required to proceed.

I had an absolutely horrendous…
I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Bastion insurance services , and I can't stress enough how much I regret ever dealing with them. They operate like thugs and criminals, scamming people in broad daylight. They’re all about taking your money for policies, but when it comes time to deliver, they dodge responsibility and make up excuses to avoid paying out claims.
What’s worse is their hidden terms and conditions, which they conveniently don’t disclose until it’s too late. Everyone is going to find out the hard way when they try to get what they’re owed and realize how tightly the company has tied their hands to avoid accepting liability.
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. Don't waste your hard-earned money on a policy with them. Go to a reputable company that actually cares about its customers. Bastion insurance services is nothing but a scam, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

We understand your disappointment; however, your claim was declined as it did not meet the terms and conditions you agreed upon at the time of purchase. As your gadget was not insurable, your premiums have been refunded.
Should you wish to discuss this further, please contact our claims team during our operating hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
Never send my phone back
Sent my mobile phone to get fixed. After ages they sent it to my old address and now the only thing they say to me it they are checking, ridiculous company, please do not trust this people. I just want my phone back. Going to citizen advise this week.
