They got let down by their delivery partner meaning it did not arrive on time, however their team were brilliant to resolve the issue quickly, showing great customer service. The food is delicious!... Ver mais
The food is easy to heat up, comes in environmentally friendly packaging and really tasty and good quality. Unfortunately in my opinion the portions are too small and expensive for what they are.

Top quality grub!
The quality of the food was excellent and delivery was on time. Great, healthy food to have in the freezer if you don't want to cook! Would highly, highly, recommend!

Great CS
They got let down by their delivery partner meaning it did not arrive on time, however their team were brilliant to resolve the issue quickly, showing great customer service.

Lovely food but not enough
The food is easy to heat up, comes in environmentally friendly packaging and really tasty and good quality. Unfortunately in my opinion the portions are too small and expensive for what they are.

We have been loving getting our Batch and Thyme deliveries. With a newborn baby and two older children, having healthy delicious meals we can just heat up is very practical. Everything tastes homemade and we have loved every dish so far!

Delicious and makes a nice change from…
Delicious and makes a nice change from COOK & Charlie Bighams meals. My husband and i are both full time working parents, so rarely get the time to make nutritious evening meals. Therefore, Batch & Thyme has filled in that gap nicely. Small, local business (I am in London SW11) of which I am more than thrilled to support. Well done and keep up the good work.
