Exceptional Customer Service!
Ordered a couple bats on Batflipshop.com and there was a delay in shipping with their provider and they communicated with me the whole way through the process. Could not have been nicer and apologized for the delay. Based off the customer service they provided me, I will continue to use Batflipshop.com and highly recommend them and already have a few teammates order from them!

David your order states it was unable to deliver to the address YOU provided when you placed both orders. Once we receive the package back we will contact you for the proper address. We would appreciate if you would remove this one star review as this issue was caused by you not us! You didn’t even make any attempts to contact us by phone or email so we could help resolve this problem. I will email you a screenshot of the order form you filled out so you can see how you inputted your address. Please be fair to us and remove this review as our service shows we are a 5 Star Service

Good Morning Patrick, We are very sorry you have not received your product but lets review your order. You placed your order for a Jugs Pitching Machine on Sunday 9/1/24 at 12:14pm. Since we are closed on Sunday, the order was processed Monday. When customers use the Shop Installment Program we have to wait until we receive confirmation they have cleared your payment before shipping the product. Your machine was shipped at 3:04pm on 9/3/24 from Jugs Sports Warehouse. Since The Bat Flip Shop has no decision on what delivery service Jugs Sports uses We feel the negative review is unfair as we filled your order in one day and it is scheduled to deliver today per fedex. If you had issues with Fedex why didn't you call us or Fedex? We would have been happy to assist you to figure out what the issue was even though once the order is fulfilled we have no control over what Fedex does on their end. We would greatly appreciate you change the review to represent Our Customer Service not Fedex. We processed and and shipped the item in 2 business days, Our typical fast and awesome service.
