Good item.Good Price.Delivery Very Slow.
Good item. Good price. Delivery very slow. Item was small and could have been posted 1st Class Royal Mail Letter cheaper and faster than the Hermes method used. Royal Mail had a strike and would still have been faster and cheaper. 7 days from order to delivery.

Absolutely tip top company!
Used Bathlab for the first time and I couldn’t be happier!
Their prices are extremely competitive, their products they offer are top quality and their customer service is fantastic!
Greg from their customer service department and their sales manager really helped us out in a pinch.

Wrong product sent out
Wrong product sent out. Should have been brass, black ones eventually turned up.
Still waiting for the correct ones to arrive.
I am a professional bathroom installer and these are for a customer. The job should of been completed and paid for.
It leads to unnecessary time and expense wasted on a further visit to install them.

Have bought a manual shower valve to replace thermostatic one i had, easy to install, just need to buy additional male adapters 15mm x1/2 to connect water hoses. Customer service was supportive
