Like most reviewers here I am extremely ticked off. There was NO communication from the company, no response to repeated emails and voicemails (there was never anyone actually answering the phone when I tried) and I finally went down the route of a Visa dispute to get my money back. After a while I got a reply to the effect that the company had provided proof of delivery and the charge to my card stood, the fact that the Proof of Delivery signature wasn't anything like mine and I was at work when I was supposed to have signed for it apparently means nothing. Under no circumstances buy anything from these people ever.

I ordered a bath panel from them on 13th March with delivery promised in 3-4 days.
emailed them on 20th March to be told 3- 4 days for certain.
Phoned them on 24th March to be told end of week delivery but after pushing them they agreed to Wednesday 26th.
eMailed on 26th but ignored.
Phoned on 26th and told they had forgotten to despatch it so I cancelled the order and have been promised a full refund by Monday 31st March.

Fingers crossed.

Same old story, ordered a bath panel and didn't hear from them, got the directors address from company house and offered to pay him a visit in person!!! Got a refund email within minutes funnily enough!! Just to let you all know "showerdoorstore" & "showertraystore" are all based at the same address in rainham and I got a phone number for them and got my refund!!! These "people" rely on being faceless and hope to get away with taking your money, don't give up they're easy to track down if you do your homework they soon refund when they know your not going to let them get away with taking your money! Don't know how they sleep at night disgracefull

Ordered bath panel online and tried to contact company by telephone and email when after 2 weeks nothing had arrived, with no response. It was only after I stated that I would be attending directors address seeking a cash refund , obtained via company house, that I got response and money back. There are many similar experiences on other review websites. They rely on people giving up - theft.
Do not use or you may lose your money, terrible.

Spent over £100 on a panel. After various excuses about manufacturing they then claimed that they could not supply the panel. I then asked for a refund and after they stalled for around 2 weeks they then said that my refund had gone through. After a further week I still had not received the money. I queried and they told me their systems were down and that I would have to contact my card issuer to claim a charge back. They still appear to accept orders. They never answer the phone.

Order never arrived, phone and emails never answered.
There are over 30 negative reviews saying the same thing on a rival site to this but thought warnings need to be on here too...
