Sent wrong sink, then a cracked sink
Ordered a sink and they sent the wrong one, arranged for it to be returned and received the correct sink but with a big crack in it. Had already delayed my bathroom install by 2 weeks at this stage and they were fairly unhelpful so I drove up to the store in louth myself on a Saturday so the plumber could install it on the Monday and they didn't even refund the delivery cost.

Delivery Date
Yes, after purchase I didn't get a definite delivery date. After a week I emailed the sales team and they dealt with me promptly and I had my delivery within two days. I cant help but get the feeling that I might still be waiting on the shower tray if I had said nothing. Need to give a firm delivery date on purchase.
Anyway overall experience good.

As I'm still awaiting delivery 3 weeks on, no warning on site of delayed deliveries, I couldn't possibly give any more stars and you got one because I can't give none. I have had no communication with updates and will not use them again.

Beautiful piece the only bad thing is the fittings aren't the normal half inch easy connection. (New hoses only 5 euro in screwfix)
