Impeccable Service
Bathshed got me out of a real predicament when I found I needed an 850mm wide bi-fold shower door for my ensuite. Nobody except Bathshed located in Cookstown, County Tyrone Northern Ireland was listing an 850mm option and I live on the mainland in Staffordshire. I rang Bathshed on Friday 6th February and spoke to a very friendly and efficient lady who explained that the door would have to be ordered specially and would arrive in their warehouse the following Wednesday and would be delivered two days later. I placed my order online, I received frequent updates and the shower door was delivered bang on time in perfect condition on a very secure pallet. It is now fitted and looks fantastic. Thank you Bathshed for your impeccable service.

Not worth the hassle
Please do not use these people for the following reasons-
They are based in Northern Ireland so every delivery and communication is delayed.
Wrong radiator delivered (which they blamed me for) even though They sent me an order confirmation with a photo of the one I wanted. After a lengthy conversation I was promised that it would be sorted the next week, old one picked up and new one delivered. After hearing nothing for a few days I decided to call them, I was then told they had changed their mind and I'd have to return it myself on a pallet at my cost. I'm now stuck with the wrong radiator or a big transport cost with no guarantee of a replacement or when I'd get a replacement. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.

We’re sorry you feel dissatisfied, however this review contains several inaccuracies that need to be clarified.
The correct radiator was ordered and supplied. The product title and description clearly state the exact dimensions in multiple places. Unfortunately, the issue arose from a mix-up between length and width, not from an incorrect item being dispatched. The product image shown is a generic style image, used across multiple sizes, as is clearly standard in our listings.
The short delay in communication was due to the weekend, not a lack of response. At no point did we “change our mind” on resolving the matter. We advised that, in line with our published returns policy, customers in England must return goods to our Northern Ireland premises using their own courier where an ordering error has occurred.
Despite this being a customer ordering error, we had already offered to cover the outbound delivery cost of a replacement radiator as a goodwill gesture.
We always aim to be fair, transparent, and helpful, and we stand by both our product descriptions and our policies.
To avoid any future issues when ordering online, we strongly recommend carefully reading all product titles and descriptions before placing an order.

Generous customer service
Generous customer service.
Placed an order but the item had been discontinued so was promptly offered a refund. I managed to find the vanity in stock elsewhere but couldn’t source the matching handle.
After contacting BathShed to ask if they had the handles in stock they told me they didn’t but had something else that would work and would send it to me, free of charge.
Very kind and generous considering I didn’t spend a penny with this business in the end.

Bath arrived without the side panel
Bath arrived without the side panel. The driver rang and ran. In other words rang the doorbell and went before I got to delivery. Kindly left a note that said orders need to be checked before the driver leaves. That a £500 bath with half missing. The one sided acceptance criteria on the documents is NOT acceptable and against the law.

For your location, deliveries are completed by our external courier on a kerbside drop-off service, meaning the driver is only insured to deliver the pallet to the kerb or doorstep. However, the driver should not have left immediately without allowing you the opportunity to check the delivery, and we will be addressing this with the courier company to ensure it does not happen again.
Regarding the bath itself, we can confirm that the item you purchased does not include a side panel, as stated clearly on our website. Panels are sold separately. We understand this can be frustrating if the panel was expected, but the product listing does specify this to avoid confusion.

Leak proof shower enclosure
Ordered a leak proof shower enclosure with door. Came with waste which was a bonus. This is the second one of these I have installed. They are great.

I am very happy with the bath which was…
I am very happy with the bath which was quickly dispatched.
I was less happy with the delivery as I didn't receive a courtesy call to let me know when it was going to be delivered, and hence missed the delivery.
I heard no more from bathshed, but found the bath a few days later was in a depot in Carlisle.

Our records show the courier did attempt to make contact several times, but was unable to reach you, which may have caused the delay and depot hold. As outlined in our shipping policy, once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery communication is handled directly by the courier - we have no control over their scheduling or call attempts.
We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the bath itself and that it arrived safely in the end.

THE worst company i have had the…
THE worst company i have had the displeasure to deal with.
We purchased a bath from Bathshed and upon delivery I inspected as good as I could without taking the bath off the pallet and taking all the protective off, as this helps to protect the bath during fitting.
When it came to fit the bath all seemed fine when insitu so we took the "protective" film off, we then noticed a crack on the rim of the waste cut out.
I contacted Bathshed to inform them about what had happened, the response I got was "It's been more than 24hrs since delivery, there's nothing we can do."
Keeping in mind the bath cost us over £400 I was not happy with the response so I tried to call, no answer, I emailed back, finally got another response stating the same thing, they couldn't help as it was past 24hrs since delivery...they couldn't go back to the delivery company and start a claim, with this I replied that the fault in the bath could not have been made by the delivery company as the damage was inside the bath, you couldn't see the crack until you took the film off. I asked them to show me proof of the bath in a good QC state prior to the bath leaving their warehouse, they couldn't, I say they couldn't, I'm guessing at that as they never replied to my request.
After a while I got a reply to say they would give me money off a new "replacement" bath. Sorry but I was not prepared to pay another £200+ on top of what we had already spent.
The damaged bath should have been collected and a replacement one sent out.
After sales / customer care at this company is a joke and I will NOT be buying anything from this company again.

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience. We always work hard to deliver products in perfect condition and resolve any issues promptly.
However, in this case the bath was delivered on 15th July and your first contact with us about damage was not until 15th August - a full month later, well outside the 24-hour reporting period required by our policy! By this point the bath had already been installed. As outlined in our delivery and returns policy, all items must be inspected on arrival and any damage reported within 24 hours so that we can lodge a claim with our courier and arrange a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, once this time frame has passed and the product has been fitted, we are unable to make a claim or offer a full replacement.
We would also like to note that the location and nature of the damage you described – at the rim of the waste cut-out – is highly unusual for this model and appears more consistent with an installation-related issue. This is one of our most popular baths and we have never had a report of this specific type of damage occurring before.
We did offer a discount on a replacement bath as a gesture of goodwill, but we understand this was not acceptable.
