Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service.

I bought some TCG sleeves which weren't in stock, BathTCG replaced these with a higher price version at no extra cost they then agreed to replace the lower quality sleeves with the better quality they had originally replaced the missing stock with, without charging anything additional for extra postage.

Seller got mixed up with items and…

Seller got mixed up with items and packaged product poorly. Did provide a refund for the items he mixed up.

I did contact everyone about the mix up with the checklanes and can only apologise again for that.

Would you please contact me with regards to the packaging as this is the first I have heard about it and would like to understand what was poor about it so that I can see if there are any changes I need to make.

Helpful & Quality Service

Ben was very helpful and quick to respond to my queries. Website was easy to use and products arrived swiftly. Ben went above and beyond in my opinion and I'll be happy to continue to use Bath TCG for my Pokémon and card accessories purchases.

Great company, Excellent prices and fantastic communication to customers with realistic stock level anticipation.

Delivery is fast and packaging is done to a professional level for the benefit of collectors as standard.

Bath TCG are absolutely flawless!

Bath TCG are absolutely flawless, I recommend them to both new and veteran players/collectors of Pokémon!
Customer service is absolutely fantastic, they’re so friendly and lovely to chat to!
Can not fault Bath TCG whatsoever, their prices are also top notch! 👍🏻
