Amazing customer service. Highly Recommend
Amazing customer service from Ben.
Ordered 2 items and 1 arrived damaged due to it being mishandled by the courier service.
Contacted Ben, he resolved the issue and initiated a replacement immediately.
Replacement arrived a couple days later, in perfect condition, and I’m 1 happy customer that will 100% be using BathTCG again.

Quick dispatch and brilliant service
Items were dispatched swiftly and they put up with my frustrations about the postal strikes without complaint. Couldn't recommend more, I'll be purchasing from them again.

Ben was very quick to acknowledge the order and call to discuss a potential stock issue, he then went far out of his way to contact his extended network to resolve the issue.
The shipment was quick, and far quicker than other sellers we ordered similar items from on the same day. Finally, but really not the main thing, his prices were better than anyone else we compared to for these items.
We will make use of Bath TCG's services again.

Hi Derek, I am sorry to hear your item has not arrived yet. As I am sure you are aware there are mass delays all across the Royal Mail network due to the strikes which have caused massive backlogs at depots. All I can do at this moment in time is to be patient.
As for your e-mails, I have only had the one from yourself and I responded the following day, I am sorry I didn't get back to you on the same day but it has been a very busy time for myself.

Hi Harry, I am sorry your parcel hasn't arrived yet. As you're aware the disruption with Royal Mail is causing delays and I have agreed to send you a replacement order as yours has not arrived yet. This is being shipped tomorrow and I have upgraded it to 1st Class Signed For. The reason you didn't have tracking for your order is because the service you paid for doesn't provide it. As detailed in our policies it is down to the customer to ensure that they select a suitable shipping option. Usually, the service you have chosen wouldn't be an issue.
Hopefully your replacement arrives in good time and you are satisfied with the resolution given and timely responses given.
