Wir arbeiten daran, auch in kurzfristigen Krankheitsfällen schnellstmöglich Ersatz zu finden sowie die Termintreue trotz bspw. widriger Verkehrssituation zu erhöhen. This company keep signing me up for cleanings I didn't ask for. They have done this about three or four times now. It's criminal activity. I don't want more cleanings - stop signing me up for them! I do not have anything 'clicked' to ask for this. They are hoping I won't notice, but I do.

Overall a good service
Overall a good service. But if you're looking for a 5* cleaning service for households who want a service like in a 5*hotel with people who are fast but still thorough, it won't meet your expectations. The barmaids that we had are either fast and not really detail-oriented or they are very slow and you don't get the things done even if you've booked 5 hours. So far, no barmaid was really fast with ironing.

Absolute Zeitverschwendung! Nie wieder!
Ich kann Batmaid absolut NICHT empfehlen! Es hätte eine Reinigungskraft am Mittwoch bei mir vorbeischauen sollen, welche nicht erschienen ist. Nach 20 Minuten warten, habe ich Batmaid angerufen und sie haben dann einen neuen Termin für Donnerstag eingeplant.
Auch am Donnerstag kam niemand, nach 20 Minuten habe ich wieder angerufen und es wurde mir versichert man kümmere sich. Nach 30 Minuten wurde ich zurückgerufen, mit der Info die Reinigungskraft wäre Corona Positiv und kann die Reinigung nicht antreten. Leider hat diese Firma meine Zeit absolut verschwendet.

Good way to find cleaning personal
We are using Batmaid now for a couple of month as we needed help in cleaning the appartment on a regular basis. The app is very intuitive, payment is made by credit card, so all in all very convenient. The price per hour is rather on the high side but then on the other end you dont have to worry about contracts, social security or insurance yourself. Batmaid tries to send you the same person if you are happy with him/her. If people were not available Batmaid was so far always able to find a short term replacement. The company is as well reachable by phone if necessary and happy to help.
