All batteries ordered were 2 years out of date , no reply

Don't use them! I ordered batteries from them on 7th December 2023 which never arrived. I then queried this on 18th December and was told on the 19th that they would contact Royal Mail. All went quiet and on 10th January I chased them and they said they were still waiting to hear - 16th Jan, they said they would resend; 1st Feb I questioned why the order still hadn't arrived; 2nd Feb they offered a refund which I accepted - but despite being chased more than once they have gone quiet and the £ has never been refunded! The worst company I have ever dealt with.

Despite claiming that they ship items within 24 hours, 9 days later there is no sign of the products and no indication in the form of a tracking number that they have ever been shipped. On suggesting I would contact the bank for a chargeback they cancelled the order without explanation or apology.
UPDATE
My batteries have arrived 16 days after ordering them in a package dated 15 days ago. It seems EVRI was the problem. Just a little more communication Batteries 1st to me would have helped. I suggest you change your shipping company too.

I placed an order before 3.00 p.m. and was delighted when I received an email saying the order had been dispatched at 3.01 that day. However, on checking tracking Evri didn't actually receive my order until Thursday. Creating a shipping label and sending an email isn't the same as dispatching stock.
