Shipping is not fast despite the website banner's promise
The banner at the top of batteryclerk.com reads as "BatteryClerk Prime FAST 1-2 day shipping to most of the USA" (what does "Prime" have to do with anything other than set an Amazon experience expectation?)
I placed an order on 04/28/26 and the status still shows as not having shipped. On 05/06/26, I called the hard-to-find toll-free number of 888-808-3520, and was told that the power tool battery that I ordered was not in stock and had to come from their distributor in China. She anticipated that I would not have the USPS tracking number until Friday, 05/08/26.
I will update this review with my final thoughts once I receive and charge/use the replacement battery.
They sent a battery that was dead
They sent a battery that was dead. .it was a 3.7VDC battery that would not charge after hours on the charger.
After checking it with a multimeter the battery was at 2.9VDC
The company wanted a video of it not working then they would send me a return label 4-7 days later

Item never received. No one answers the phone. It rings a few times and disconnects.
4 week delivery - wrong battery - now it’s my fault.
It took 4 weeks for a laptop battery to be delivered - and that, after emails asking about the order status.
Then I got the wrong battery (triple checked I ordered the right one). Now they want me to pay return shipping because they’re saying it was not their error!
Stay away from BatteryClerk. Save money and get better service from an unknown Chinese source on Amazon.
Returned Unopened Items — Still No Refund
Order delayed, misleading shipping, no refund after return
I placed an order with BatteryClerk.com and experienced significant delays with no meaningful communication. A tracking number was eventually provided, but it appeared to be created long after the order date and raised concerns about whether the item had actually shipped when claimed.
Due to the ongoing delays and lack of transparency, I requested a refund. When the batteries finally arrived, I returned them unopened, exactly as instructed.
Despite this, I have not received my refund.
I have now had to involve my credit card issuer (Royal Bank VISA) to resolve this matter, which should never be necessary for a straightforward online purchase and return.
Based on my experience:

Failure to refund after a proper return
I cannot recommend this company and strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

I bought 2 battery for my scooter. After about 6 month half of warranty almost dead as it would not hold more than 1.5 km power.
This company does not respect their warranty and return the batteries. So spending about 245$ for nothing and I am disappointed about this company quality batteries.

They are the worst. Sent me a dead battery. Made me test the voltage, which isn’t an accurate way to test a battery.
They said I had the option of a refund or exchange and when I asked for a refund they said they already sent me a new battery.

Battery would not hold a charge.Customer service was no help.They wanted a video I sent them one and they said it was to long.I sent another video 45 seconds and it would not go through either.They closed the case very quickly and I returned the battery at my cost.The return fee was over 1/2 of original battery cost.Stay away from this company.

Inaccurate website description + bad customer service = order somewhere else.
I ordered a battery that said it fit my watch. When I received the battery, it was not even close to the correct dimensions. When I wrote the company, even though their website still only lists 1 battery for my watch, they said my watch has several possible battery options and I should have known which battery to get. This is not stated anywhere in plain view on their website. Even though their website description is not accurate, they will not pay for return shipping (so their 30-day guarantee is not really much of a guarantee). If I have to pay for shipping twice, it is 60% of the cost of the battery. Not worth the headache. I'm ordering my battery from somewhere else, I suggest you do the same.

Buyer Beware: Returns & Delivery Practices
My experience with Battery Clerk was frustrating and I strongly advise caution to other buyers. To start, I purchased a battery and it was delivered to the wrong address.
I eventually was able to acquire the item (it was opened). When I attempted to return the item (which had been opened by someone else, indicating it was not a new product), despite their initial instructions for return, they later refused to accept the return in person at the given address, stating it "must go through commercial shipping". This was a critical piece of information missing from their original return instructions.
To add insult to injury, Battery Clerk then insisted on charging me $23.01 for a return label! Even though i took the trouble to deliver to their specified return center. This cost was imposed despite the initial delivery error (not my fault) and their own unclear instructions that led to my failed attempt at a less expensive return. Their policy states they only provide prepaid labels when the return is their error, yet I was charged even after their delivery mistake.
The communication was slow and the resolution process was incredibly drawn out and frustrating. Be prepared for a frustrating and potentially costly experience if you need to return anything to Battery Clerk. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Ordered a product that they said was in stock. Four days have passed and the order remains unfulfilled. I asked customer support and they said the order was coming in fresh? Fresh? So not in stock? I asked to cancel my order and they said they would charge me a 15% restocking fee. Now I've been stung twice. I told them my about my disappointment and they said I can email them to cancel and also request that they waive the restocking fee. So now I'm doing their job of canceling an order and managing their accounting for them? I would give this company zero stars on Trustpilot if possible. ZERO.
