Don’t bother.

Paid for express delivery, quoted as next working day. It took three working days to arrive and one of the batteries had leaked in transit. No answer to phone calls despite waiting 15 minutes on hold. Left message asking for call back but no one ever did.
Cheap price but not worth the hassle.

speedy shipping but wrong item

My order arrived quickly and in time for the weekend event that i wanted it for, but the wrong item was sent. I contacted customer services and they arranged next day collection of the incorrect item but have not sent out the correct one so I was unable to use the battery at the even I bought it for.

Absolutely atrocious service

Absolutely atrocious service. Waiting nearly a month for my order, promised delivery dates have been and gone, unable to contact via phone, emails are short and dismissive. Refusing to refund me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

The battery got delivered the next day…

The battery got delivered the next day we've had it in for a week now cant complain glad we made the purchase sensible realistic prices will definitely recommend and refer this company thank you for a pleasant experience........

Wrong battery

I was given the advice that a certain battery would fit, so I ordered it. They claimed I wasn't told it would fit, but I was. I had to pay for the return of the battery etc. Rsult it cost £30 extra.
