Second time ordering with Baxter Murray and still cant fault them. Karen and Michael are both so lovely and helpful. I needed an order for a specific date and they got it sorted, no hiccups, all perfect. Chocolate tastes lush every time too which is of course the most important thing! Highly recommend!!

We had an excellent experience with Baxter Murray Creative Chocolate! Their customer service was outstanding, and the order was processed quickly. They even sent us samples for a trial before we placed our full order, which was greatly appreciated. The chocolates were personalized with our company logo, and the quality was top-notch. Everything was delivered on time.
The Neapolitan chocolates were a hit! They have the perfect balance—not too sweet, just spot-on. Thank you to Karen & Michael for their cooperation and excellent service. We’ll definitely be back once our stock runs out. Highly recommended!

A 10/10 experience and product
I found Baxter Murray from a Google search and first approached them with what I thought was a very tricky brief. 'Can you create chocolate ordnance - perhaps a hand grenade.' By return I had a reply with images attached and a 'like this you mean?' type response! AMAZING that they weren't phased and had in fact created similar before. I think we went through 3 design tweaks and then we placed the order - the product was a gift box of white and milk chocolate mini hand grenades to gift to clients and suppliers and the final result was AMAZING. Recipients were delighted - which in turn made us happy! For the record, we work in the field of unexploded ordnance detection - we aren't just randomly interested in hand grenades! The price point was fair, the quality was excellent, the customer service was second to none and the communication was perfect. 10/10.

Baxter Murray were great from start to finish. They responded quickly to all questions and kept in touch throughout the process. The final product looked great and the chocolate was delicious too!

Pulled old mouldings out of storage for the required design, and delivered before the required time.
