Paid for an item that was shown as “in stock”, only to receive an order cancellation later because the website inventory was supposedly wrong.

This is extremely unprofessional. If a store cannot manage basic stock control, customers waste time and have their money temporarily locked for no reason.

The whole experience feels unreliable and poorly managed. I would not trust this shop again for any important purchase.

The least they could do is ensure products are actually available before accepting payment.

Not recommended.

Great website for getting physical games that aren't else available in Europe.

Got a hands on Octopath Traveler bundle 1+2 for Switch, Final Fantasy 1-6 Switch, MIO Memories in Orbit Switch 2, and more, all physical edition, no key card.

I also love that it's a European company based in Belgium, as I like supporting Europe, especially in light of recent events. Cool that they use the domain .eu

I would love some European payment options like MobilePay, Wero or direct bank transfer with IBAN.

I had never bought from Bazaar Bazaar before, and went in a bit scared, only having online comentaries from other users to reassure me.

I must say that the experience was great! They sent me my preordered game on time, very well packaged (which I found super important because it was an expensive limited edition), and I got all the tracking and shipping information.

I will absolutely buy from them again - I had been looking for an European place to buy less known games instead of having to import them from the US and UK.

I preordered the Octopath Traveler bundle for the Nintendo Switch from Bazaar-Bezaar.eu month ago, looking forward for a restock end of june.
After the restock arrived, my pre-order from months ago had apparently been forgotten. But a brief, friendly reminder was all it took. A few hours later, I was delighted to receive a shipping confirmation.

The package was slightly delayed, but the team at Bazaar-Bezaar quickly followed up with DHL and even sent me an email to keep me updated. The shipment could also be tracked directly at DHL using the tracking link at the order page.
If the shipment takes longer than expected, please do not be impatient.

Première commande sur bazaar-bazaar.eu en juillet 2025, à la recherche du bundle Octopath Traveller I & II sur Switch — et quelle bonne surprise ! Le site proposait ce que je cherchais, à un prix très compétitif, avec en bonus Wunderling DX Édition Standard.

Le catalogue est varié, les prix sont attractifs et surtout, les produits étaient en stock, ce qui devient rare pour certains titres physiques. Tout s’est déroulé sans accroc : navigation fluide, commande simple, réception conforme.

Je recommande vivement ce site à tous les collectionneurs et amateurs de jeux vidéo en version physique. Une excellente découverte pour moi !

I used this website because it was the only one I could find that had new copies of "Octopath Traveller 1 + 2 Bundle" for the Nintendo Switch. This is coming from someone who is from the U.S., and as his first order from the website.

The shipping time for the package was decent, the box showed up with no damage or scratches, and the game plays as advertised.

Outside from the pricing for the game + shipping being a little too high for my liking, I can comfortably say that I had a pretty good experience ordering from them.

I would honestly recommend giving these guys a shot, so long as you can tolerate their prices, depending on where you're getting your order shipped to.

I've only got limited experience with Bazaar Bazaar, but so far they've been great for me, and I'm definitely likely to order from them again in the future.

They have a good selection of imported games (from places like Japan/Asia/USA) at reasonable prices. And the shipping time was a lot faster than most other places selling imported games (as they're often based outside EU).

So I can definitely recommend checking them out if you're based in Europe and want to import some game.

Buscaba un título en concreto y me apareció esta tienda, los precios están realmente bien y sobre todo el precio del envío que es barato. No le doy 5 estrellas porque desde que realice el pedido hasta el envío, tardaron bastante aun teniendo stock, pero volveré a comprar en el futuro

I purchased Grandia HD collection, and even though it was my first time purchasing, the process was pretty easy, I inquired them about the status of the order on twitter (it was a pre-order) and they gave me an estimation on when it would arrive, so I waited, and the package finally arrived without a problem.
