No longer relevant
The BBB used to be relevant but their buisness model is no longer useful. A company should not be rated A+ when their customer reviews are consistently below 2 stars. The BBB doesn't do their due diligence in giving A+ rating which can lead to false trust and bad customer experiences. The BBB hasn't evolved and are basically irrelevant in today's market. They don't understand this obviously. They are the last resource I would use to gather information on a business now.
It started with a video on primemaluna Tons of texts about raw honey Don’t purchase MEMO FORGE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP
It started with a video on primemaluna
Talking about a liquid you drink that’s in a blue bottle.
I was trying to get out and some video on u tube was trying to have me buy bottles
It wouldn’t let me out
I didn’t even authorize any purchase just got out cause I thought I was buying an easy digestible drink then it turned into bottles. I wasn’t trusting it so I left the sight.
They charged my Pay Pal. Memo Force did not have a Customer service contact number. I sent so many e mails and then texted a bot which I went no where with. I called my Bank and let them know that they charged my account that I didn’t authorize
I even contacted the shipper from the e mail they sent me and they said to contact the shipper
What a nightmare
No phone number
Nobody returns e mail and bot runaround d.
Do not buy Memo Forge
And I screen shot everything!
The end it wasn’t even the same email it was digistore
The end U Tube video wouldn’t leave my screen they just charged my bank they sent me a order number I did not authorize
$225.11 charge for3 capsule bottles when the video shows a blue drink easy digestible
It’s a scam and they got my money no call back
No e mail
No customer service to contact
Just awful Prime Forge has not contacted me on charging my bank account
I have not opened the package
I found the video to first show a blue drink then the end turns into capsules. Refused and ignored every and all contacts. I did not authorize this purchase. I have screenshots of a person drinking liquid which I was interested in because I have esophagus problems. It switches at the end of video to capsules a U tube video taking over my screen
No cancellation button
Forced purchase that I did not authorize
Will not be ingesting this product when nobody answers your e mails, no phone number customer service. Oh I am exhausted trying to have them take their unopened package back and give me my money back $225.11
Don’t purchase!
Incompetent branch protecting corporate…
Incompetent branch protecting corporate fraud! The BBB office in Silicon Valley (Complaint ID 24865607) completely failed to protect me as a consumer. They incompetently closed my case just because Swagbucks (Prodege, LLC) reactivated my account. They completely ignored the main issue: the account was returned totally empty, and Swagbucks is still stealing my 30,930 SB reward (300€). The account ban was just a consequence of them cutting me off from communication in May. I provided clear screenshots of their broken 404 system and total communication failure on Wednesday, but the BBB inspector blindly protected a corrupt business. Complete failure of the system.
This is not an isolated error
This is not an isolated error; it is a structural conflict of interest. Funded almost entirely by voluntary membership dues, the BBB is governed by boards that can be up to 90% comprised of business representatives. Historical exposés, like the 2010 ABC News investigation where the terrorist group "Hamas" received an A- rating shortly after paying fees, prove that this is a "cardboard fort" of security. When local chapters are expelled for "unreliable logging of complaints," they are merely replaced by new entities within the same broken blueprint. Don't be fooled by the blue seal; it is a trademarked marketing tool, not a consumer watchdog. Consumer's have to protect themselves.
Totally worthless
Totally worthless. File a complaint and in a month's time they just close it. They are worse than a scam. They charge companies to get a good to excellent rating and customers are NEVER helped. Someone should get rid of this dishonest company.
BBB Get Accreditation (an annual fee) From Businesses so they side with them
NO GOOD! Businesses pay BBB Accreditation (an annual fee) so they will never go against them, even if the business is a scam!

This entity should have its Non-Profit…
This entity should have its Non-Profit status revoked. They collect a fee from businesses so that they can get an accreditation from the BBB. Then, if a customer has a complaint, the BBB passes the complaint on to the business who is then allowed to lie or just say they "decline" to assist with an issue they created. The BBB then says to the customer "whelp, at least you got to speak your peace" and then will close the case file. They give you no follow up no further assistance. Even if you prove your case, have solid evidence of wrong doing by the business and it is undisputed that business did wrong, the whole process just ends with no resolution. They tell you that you can sue the business, but everyone knows that already and that's why they went to the BBB for help in the first place. Their function was to hold the business to a standard, instead they allow the business to continue their shoddy work or business ethics while collecting a fee from them anyway. The worst of the worst among businesses have figured out this is a toothless entity. It's only the consumer who is fooled into thinking they might have a chance at justice. We usually find out too late that our efforts were wasted. This is not to say that people shouldn't use the BBB just to give their employees the ability to earn their paychecks by rubber stamping your complaint. The hope is that you can save one other customer from a bad experience. Most savvy customers know to look on Google or Trust Pilot for a better rating service that is more honest and doesn't let the company try to lie their way out of a dispute.
The BBB does not fulfill it's business purpose. They collect fees to pay people to document a business transaction and are nothing but neutral observers while still collecting a fee from the business for accreditation. By operating in this way, it appears they genuinely do not care about customer abuse since they "can't do anything about it".
All this to say:
I never got the chance even one time to do arbitration.
Businesses lied about what happened nearly every time I brought forward a complaint.
The BBB does no real critical evaluation of the businesses version of events and offer zero push back.
The agents try to close the case as soon as possible and there is no material change for the customer in their bad experience.
Feed back to the BBB about their failure to support their own core business purpose is met with the following:
Hi,
Here's something we truly appreciate: you took the time to share your experience with us and that matters.
At BBB Great West + Pacific, we believe that feedback from consumers like you helps build a marketplace where trust matters. Whether your experience was positive, challenging, or somewhere in between, your voice helps us better understand how we are doing and where improvements can be made.
Thank you for helping us be better.
Warm regards,
The BBB Team
If that's not a spit in your face after being an abused customer and going to them for help with your dispute, I'm not sure what would qualify.
I have always viewed the Better…
I have always viewed the Better Business Bureau (BBB) as an organization intended to promote trust, transparency, and accountability between consumers and businesses. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me questioning whether the current complaint process fully serves those goals.
One concern I discovered during my case is BBB's policy limiting consumers to a single complaint against a business within a certain timeframe. While I understand the desire to prevent duplicate complaints, this policy can also prevent consumers from reporting separate incidents that occur after the original complaint has been filed.
In my situation, additional issues arose while the first complaint was still under review. These were distinct incidents with separate evidence and circumstances, yet I was informed that I could not submit another complaint because I had already filed one against the business. As a result, the public complaint history may not accurately reflect the full number of issues a consumer experiences with a company.
This raises broader concerns about transparency. If multiple separate incidents cannot be individually documented through the complaint system, consumers researching a business may not receive a complete picture of recurring problems. At the same time, businesses may continue to maintain high ratings despite numerous complaints and repeated customer concerns.
I was also disappointed by what I felt was a limited review of the evidence provided during my case. My expectation was that BBB would serve as an independent organization that carefully evaluates information from both parties. Instead, the process often appeared focused on facilitating responses between the business and consumer rather than critically examining the facts and evidence presented.
To be fair, BBB did provide a platform for communication and complaint submission, which can be helpful for many consumers. However, I believe there is room for improvement in complaint transparency, evidence review, and policies that limit consumers from reporting separate incidents involving the same business.
I hope BBB will continue to evaluate its procedures and consider whether current policies accurately represent consumer experiences and recurring business practices. Greater transparency would benefit both consumers and businesses that genuinely strive to improve their service.
Do You Have a BBB Complaint? Good Luck Trying To File It!
Totally AI. Requires sign-in to file a complaint.
Signs you out, and the going-in-circles begins anew. Worthless. On the other hand, if one only wants to review a business, it's relatively easy to get going.
So, the final conclusion is that BBB doesn't want to record/handle/follow-up on complaints, making getting the process started impossible for all practical means. Fully a waste of time.

BBB AUTOLINE is a scam
BBB AUTOLINE is a scam. 2018 Kia soul has a failing engine with severe oil consumption. Paid $800 to fix the car. Which was a lie by the dealership. The next day the car wouldn't start with a check engine light on. The dealership had the Kia towed in. While the car was at the dealership it ran out of oil. The dealership svc department never checked the oil and burned up the engine. The car is well inder the 100,000 mile warranty. The BBB autoline denied my repair even with a destroyed engine, no fault of my one. I have recorded all calls, kept all emails and have a excellent paper trail. RUN from the BBB Autoline. They are paid by Car manufacturers.
BBB Wisconsin’s Review Process Is Anything but Transparent
BBB Wisconsin presents itself as a consumer review and business reliability organization, but my experience proves otherwise.
I submitted a negative review based on a documented interaction with a business representative. BBB first claimed I appeared not to be a customer and asked for documentation. I provided screenshots. Then BBB said the screenshots did not show the date and told me I could provide police documentation related to the same incident so the review could be processed.
I provided dated police documentation.
Instead of processing the review, BBB Wisconsin then shifted the standard again. Suddenly the issue was whether my interaction involved the company’s listed service category and whether I had “intent to use” that service. Andy Ketchum, BBB Wisconsin’s Executive VP of Operations, personally became involved in vetting the review and ultimately refused to publish it.
Here is the real problem: I repeatedly asked BBB Wisconsin to provide the specific written policy stating that a documented interaction with a business representative cannot be reviewed unless it involved the company’s listed service category or a completed paid transaction. I asked for that policy at least six times. They never provided it.
So BBB Wisconsin demanded documentation, received documentation, moved the goalposts, denied the review anyway, and refused to cite the actual written rule they were supposedly applying.
This is not a transparent review process. It looks like negative reviews are subjected to procedural obstacle courses while positive reviews appear to glide through with far less scrutiny.
Consumers should be very cautious about relying on BBB review profiles as a complete picture of public or customer experiences. Based on my experience, BBB Wisconsin’s review system is not evenhanded, not transparent, and not worthy of the consumer trust it asks the public to place in it.

Avaleric - I ordered and paid for an Anti-Slip Phone Holder and never received it. I sent several emails asking about my phone holder and never received an email back. Avaleric took my money immediately but never sent me my phone holder. I want my money back and don't know who to contact. It turns out to me that Avaleric was a Scam and I very disappointed!

Tried to file a complaint against BBB…
I filed a complaint with this BBB against FedEx for mishandling the delivery of a package asking that the shipping cost be refunded.
While BBB states that it will "assist" in resolving disputes it did nothing more than transmit my requests and FedEx's statements that it against its policies. BBB ignored my documentation that FedEx's handling of this shipment and information provided appeared to violate multiple sections of BBB's Accreditation Standards. After FedEx's third reply essentially, that they could do nothing, BBB closed the complaint.
Should also be noted that BBB gives FedEx an A+ rating while consumer reviews on BBB's website give FedEx a 1.06/5.0 rating (6,000+ reviewers)
I tried to file a complaint against BBB Mid South with BBB main office. Main office cannot be contacted by phone or email. BBB Mid South will not accept a complaint against itself . Better Business Bureau? Nonsense.

After many years of going to the BBB...
After many years of going to the BBB, I consistently find that they are useless. After a consumer has gone through all the garbage a company can throw at them, the consumer goes to BBB hoping to find that advocate we really need. The BBB passes the consumer review, to the company and no matter WHAT the company says or WHAT GARBAGE they makeup, the BBB passes it on as the resolution and closes the 'ticket'. What the point. The BBB has no purpose; they are useless.
