A beautiful ring that matched or exceeded all expectations including price. It was uncomfortable waiting for it, but no disappointment at all in the end.

The quality was excellent, service was great but the customer service broke down as soon as I got the tracking number. I waited for 2 weeks with the tracking status not changing, before I contacted bbbgem to get an update from shipping, they said that the shipping company was experiencing covid 19 issues ar customs and it would be resolved in for 4 days. 4 days go by and the status doesnt change so I reach out to DHL , they said they never recieved the package, so I reached out to bbb gem and explained what happend, 15 mins later I checked the status of the tracking number, it was finally recieved by DHL, I got it the next day. I didnt appreciate waiting so long on something that wasnt even shipped yet

The item was exactly as shown in the pictures, and was definitely worth the wait. The sparkle is amazing and the fit is perfect! I had a bad experience prior to this online jewelry purchase, so I was nervous about how this would turn out. But they did not disappoint, and I will definitely buy from them again in the future. Thank you for my spectacular ring!

Exquisite opal diamond ring! I love it!!!!

The ring is beautiful and came within 2 weeks. We were told it was going to be another two weeks for production and the ring showed up two days later. In perfect time for my fiancés birthday and Proposal. My fiancé loves her bridal set. Our only complaint is within two days of regularly wearing her engagement ring there is dirt under her opal. When asking how this could be fixed we were directed to go to a jewelry store. Even with cleaning her ring did not come clean. I would have liked for the brilliance of her engagement ring to last longer than 2 days, or this to have been fixed in some way. However, BBBGEM was very helpful and kept in contact with me through the whole process, I received it in remarkable time, and the ring is beautiful. For that I give them 5 stars.

The ring looks great and the updates that came along in the process were extremely helpful!

Only complaint is that I purchased the rush order AND express shipping, but the order was not ready in the time frame that was advertised, and the express shipping seemed like it was standard shipping. Do not waste your money on the rush order or express shipping.

Why sending a survey before any services are provided. That makes me worry, I will update after I experience the service.

Easy site to order from with huge selection. Came in a nice box and was affordable. Took a little longer than expected but it was the holiday season when I ordered.
