Wrong color and late for the wedding. I put a rush order on it and paid extra for shipping and I did not get what I was looking for. I would shop elsewhere if I were you

Giving an honest review had some trouble in the beginning as I paid extra for rush shipping. My first ring was given to another customer so I had to wait for another to be sent. When it finally arrived (didn't sign for in a bad neighborhood!) it was GORGEOUS. Absolutely stunning set and will most likely order again in the near future.

Overall the experience wasn’t terrible. The only issue that really made things take longer was not being able to communicate via phone. Only through email, which if you have a problem can only be handled the next day. But they were very responsive and did what they said they would do.

Within a month and a half the ring we purchased was falling apart. The “silver” began chipping off. She ensured the ring was removed anytime she came into contact with water or it could be potentially harmed. We contacted customer service and they said the ring should only last two to three months, we cared for it improperly, and the refused to refund us then stopped replying all together. Don’t waste your money here, go to Etsy and find a seller with a high rating instead.

My ring is absolute perfection! Its seriously the ring of my dreams. Customer service was exceptional, I was kept updated the entire time and my ring arrived sooner than I had expected which was a wonderful suprise!!!
