The second person I spoke to at your company was very rude and was always taking over me. Which is not acceptable as I was the customer. Still waiting on order to be completed as 1 item missing.

They were unable to supply the product I ordered. Which I was informed of. However they will not refund the payment. The order was cancelled on the 24th May.

Product could not be supplied which I was notified after payment made. A refund promised but still has not happened 4 weeks later, service is appalling with operatives unable to help and not possible to speak with any one who can

After asking a particular question relating to the work top I was looking for I was told yes it Square edged but when it arrived it was intact a curved edge. I refused delivery and was then charged for the delivery. When I spoke to Kristen he said he was probably the one who told me it was square edged as he speaks to a lot of customers. So why did I have to pay delivery charges for his error?

Fantastic from ordering to delivery. I placed the order online through the website but had a query, I emailed and quickly got a respond. The staff were very helpful both over the phone and over email. The delivery was organised with clear communication and on the day the driver was friendly and helpful.

Quick and easy transaction, no problems.

Generally my dealings with BBK were very good on this occasion. However part of my order totalling well over £2000 was a tube of acrylic joint adhesive which was supplied with only 2 mixing nozzles. This is totally inadequate as it is impossible to use half a tube before the set time. How much does a nozzle cost? You might easily need at least 6 nozzles if not more.

I’m a self employed kitchen fitter, placed my order with reasonable expectations, how wrong was I.
Twice I lost work to take time off for delivery only to be called once the day before and then on the actual rescheduled delivery day and told my order wasn’t arriving.
How many excuses can one company come up with? Well that’s two so far. Don’t waste your time ordering from this company, believe me you’ll be wasting more time than you expected.

After being primarily disappointed, I have had a great response and they resolved all issues satisfactorily, therefore I changed my review accordingly

We was going to pay out for quartz, so glad we didn’t, this worktop looks amazing, no join, jointing kit is easy to use, would recommend.
Delivery was quicker than we thought, keep you updated on the order. Very good company.
